I am never shopping kohls again. I paid my $11.39 bill before it was due. Kept getting messages I still owed. Kept putting an additional 1.00 for interest. Have called two times, trying to get me to pay it. I have proof from my bank that it was paid two months ago. The supervisor still asked me if I wanted to pay my bill now. NO. It is under review. She said I could fax proof that it was paid. I don’t have a fax machine. I’ve spent way too much time and lost out on 40% off because my card is frozen. For $11.39, they have lost a customer. I’ve paid my bill on time for years and she could see this. She still wouldn’t unfreeze my card. Bad business model. I’ll shop elsewhere. It’s March 27th. I had to contact my bank then call their place where the online checks go out. Kohls had mailed a letter and the check to me after stating they couldn’t find an account even thought the check had my address and last four digits of my credit card on it. The same way I’ve been sending checks to them for years. Now it is done. I hope. I paid the $11.39 . In a couple of weeks, I will cancel my Kohl’s charge card.

Kohl’s is an awful store. I earned 60.00 dollars cold cash. You go to the website and can’t find anything on line availability’OUT OF STOCK,YOU CANNOT PICK UP.” Not only that but everything is shipping charge over 75.00 is free shipping. WHAT THE HECK? What if I want to avoid a shipping charge? IM GOING TO Pay WHAT I OWE AND CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!

I went to pick up an online order and I was told that I needed code from email, which I didn’t have. I received through the kohl app. to pick up my order. The customer service desk representative said that it was either self pick up or that she had to go back and get it. I was confused because I had never heard of this before and she said that she was going to call the manager and that I could be rude to her? I told the manager that I would not be picking up the order and that I would be contacting central office, which I did. I closed my account as well. Don’t shop with kohl’s, they are the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Never again will I place an online order with kohls I placed 2 orders on 3/5 and 3/6 for t shirts for when it gets warmer a total of 17 shirts so far they have been sending them 1 at a time on different days using different shipping companies fedex lasership usps and ups its ridiculous

This is the worst store experience. My mom is senior she always pays cash after she uses the card they took the money as cash and they sent her a bill. They opened a case and I had to call over 7 times to get it resolved because they added late fees and they forced me to pay it again as they said this is their policy and they can’t fix it. Their customer service is horrible and they don’t care about their customers. They also give me a wrong reference number.

My item was sent to a different state after arriving at my local post office. I called to let Kohls know and they said to wait til 3/6 and call back if it hasn't arrived so I can get a new item sent or refund. I called and today they said I have to wait til 3/15 to see if it arrives. They will not refund my money or send me a replacement. Mark, the guy I talked to said I had to call back today because they weren't sure if it was going to arrive or not...it was 2 states away. I don't understand why they is a customer service number since they don't do anything.

My girlfriend purchased a CuddlDuds electric blanket for me last Christmas. It was operated with two controllers. Very soon it seemed like inconsistent heating. The other day one of the controls had a flashing light. I looked it up and I assume it has a open circuit. I tried to contact CuddlDuds and they told me to contact Kohl’s. If was hard to contact them because there phone menu had nothing about my issue. So I finally talked to someone and basically the warranty was 180 days/6 months. It was a year and three months I had it. I expected for it to last longer especially for the price. I was told that the wiring for all electric blankets was only available in China. That’s all electric blankets. I think they mass produce these and obviously don’t recheck for sketchy wiring. There is two brown burnt spots that have wires crisscrossed it’s only in those spots and I took photos of them which you can clearly see. It’s not my fault for defective wiring. I hand washed and never put it in washing machine so as not to kink the wires. I’ve never really had issues with Kohl’s except for this instance. Maybe I might buy clothes from them but that’s about it.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had a negative experience pertaining to Kohl’s.com orders. The first time they wouldn’t allow my comment to be posted. Apparently it was not positive enough for their liking. Not sure if this one will make it either . I bought some yoga leggings 2 different sizes- one for me and one for one of my daughters. The one for me I received an email saying it was ready for pick up at the local store. I didn’t pay too much attention to it as I was distracted with my grandson. When I got home, it dawned on me that this was a once used and then returned article of clothing. The same issue as my first order I had complaint with. Only that time part of the outfit was missing. This time- I could tell by the tag that it had been purchased- tags ripped off - and then returned - NO THANK YOU. I’m beginning to feel strongly that companies that do this - reselling used or returned outfits need to let customers know what they’re receiving and possibly receiving a discount of some sort. At least give us, the consumer, heads up of what we’re paying for.
