I would like a complaint about a man named Ed who refuses to wait on me and had a manager has to come over for absolutely no reason one time Ed refused to wait on me and said it again and the manager crystal had to come over Ed is rude infantile and is discriminating against me for no reason no body seems to care that Ed is discriminating and refusing to wait on me I would like to see Ed spoken to by corporate and reprehended I would like to see Ed treat me and other people horrible I love kohl’s and spend 1000s of dollars please take this Ed and reprehended him

The executive branch and shareholder wonder what is wrong with Kohls perhaps they shoud look at the issues in the reviews. 1st they have incompetant people that work customer service. Most customer service reps are ESL meaning English is their second language. Kohls revamps and redecorates the stores to be more inviting but they are not. I cannot get ANYONE to answer will Kohls ever sell IZOD long sleve shirtsXX lg tall again. Its like talking to a black blackboard I ask this question and they want my Kohls number. Stagnate and unreliable. I could go on. Trying to find a person to contact via email on their web site is obsolete. And they wonder why Kohls is predicted to be bankcrupt soon. LOL

Horrible customer service! I have now ordered three separate orders online at three separate times. Each time I’ve either not received my order when promised, never received the item at all but received someone else’s order, and when I call am told that I can’t receive a refund until weeks later. This is awful when one ends up having to reorder for a gift somewhere else and ends up having to spend double the price! The online tracking is a joke! One part of my order showed up and never was updated online with any sort of tracking info and stating it was still in fulfillment status! I will not shop with them anymore. They can’t guarantee anything and only want to go around in circles with you on the phone! No thank you! I’ll do my business elsewhere!

I had a account with kolhs I was late on one of my payments and they charged me for that I paid that charge and I had paid off what I did owe which wasn't much but they kept changing me late fees even after my bill was paid then they put me in collections I now owe $300.00 WHAT A RIP OFF STORE NEVER EVER WILL I GO INTO THAT STORE!!!!

I tried to use my gift card and no matter how many times I enter the codes, nothing works, it just told me, “keep trying promos, one will stick eventually”. Your site sucks.

I used to love kohl's but today I was insulted. Nothing left to shop for women size 16. I used to buy cartfuls of pants, bras, and home goods earning loads of kohl's cash. But I think of going to shop elsewhere. Where they stock up on sizes bigger than a 6 to 12. And they don't tell you, first come first serve.

So I had a phone interview on Thursday March 16 at 11am. Was told I wouldn't hear back until Fri as one of the managers was out of town. So I called back today sat Mar 18th and was told my application was no where to be found and that there was no record of a phone interview. Then a Gerald calls back and asked who I had it with and I couldn't remember. I asked who would be giving them and he said if I didn't write down that information then that was too bad. Gerald is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life. You could not pay me enough to work for kohl's!! I will never shop there again either.

Ordered three items, all identical, via the Kohl's website. Requested they be shipped. Paid my money and then got the confirmation email saying that two would be shipped but one would be available for pickup!!! If I had wanted to drive 30 mile round trip I would have picked all of them up!! After spending about 15 minutes listening to a bot, I was told, by the bot, that it had been too long after I placed the order so they could not change it!!!! When I went into Kohl's a few days ago, I thought the store was on its last legs as they had few customers. If this is how they treat us, I am not surprised and the sooner they collapse, the better it will probably be!
