Kohls was always my go to for men’s clothes. Obvious that clothes is no longer their focus. Their main focus in men’s is Tommy Hilfiger that went out in the 90’s. Appears they have decided to be a make up store. Won’t be back.

BEWARE OF SCAM EMAIL: ⌥⎋⌥ 𝖪𝟢𝖧𝖫𝖲 𝖶𝖨𝖭𝖭𝖤𝖱 ⌥⎋⌥ I received this email stating I'd won a FREE Ninja Air Fryer. When I proceeded to claim it, it wasn't free. As I suspected, you have to pay S & H fees. However, I was surprised they were less than $10 for a fryer valued much higher, so I provided my credit card info for payment. This was followed by more of the same emails. I never received the fryer, and realized I'd been scammed. If they dare charge my credit card, I will be filing complaints against them with the BBB and other governing agencies. Kohls has also lost me as a customer in the future. I will never shop there, again! SHAME ON THEM for engaging in online scams against their customers!

If you want to be bombarded with ads and specials just open a Kohl's account. Their advertising is uncontrollable. I asked them to stop sending me ads, specials, discounts, no less than TEN TIMES! Today I received 4 emails before lunch. I just closed my account and cut up the card. I hope it's the last I ever hear from them!

Sent part of my order to Texas to pick up and I live in Florida. Isn’t even my home store and they won’t correct it and put it with then other 3 items that were shipped to my house and I order weekly from Kohl’s!

The cost of the item are so elevated they try and trick you into thinking you’re getting a good deal with the discounts. The fact is you are paying more for most things. I have compare kohls to Macys and Target. It’s time to do a better job shopping and actually getting ourselves the best deal and that is not going to happening if we blindly shop Kohls!

Kohl's will not let you change your due date period even if you are not behind per agent in supervisor. Ridiculous!!! Trying to change my due date from the 22nd to the 28th of each month. The day I get payed.

Recieved survey implying free cookware for completing and chatged 6.99 to complete. Then found out it was to register for a drawing. Racket bull ... Lost a customer completely
