Received a new card. Tried using the website mentioned in the letter to activate my card. I punched in the number on the card (3 times and verified it). It said the information submitted was incorrect. Double checked everything. Then I called the number listed on the sticky label on the card to activate (by the way had a hard time to remove the sticker, messy). It asked for my last 4 digits or social. Then said it's invalid and hung up. Was not able to talk to an agent. Then I called the main customer support number I found on web. I was asked all sorts of security questions. The agent was unable to explain what I did wrong, or what the problem was. She just kept apologizing for the inconvenience but offer3ed no more help. She also told me to wait 35 minutes before I attempt a log in. I am a geek and a computer programmer, and I can't figure things out. Feel sorry for other none-tech customers.

I placed an order online and it was paid for through my debit account, only to have Kohl's charge my account a second time for the full amount and customer service was the most horrible department to deal with related to the issue. Be aware that customer service is of no help at all!! I would have given negative stars, if possible. KOHL's sucks!!!!

I open an account one day, next day I tried to pay it off and couldn’t because someone had used my account information. Called Kohl’s and they investigated and found out that it was fraud!! sent me a letter that it was all taken care of. The next month I get a bill so I called them and things went downhill from there. First I couldn’t understand a lot of what was being said do to a language barrier, I had to keep repeating myself which made this very hard. I didn’t want to give them my information but had no choice. Just want people to be on the lookout for this STORE!!!!!! This fraud was from the inside. I will never shop at this again! Beware

Just have to say that I went into the Woburn store after not being there for A while. Cannot believe the disgusting array of clothing. I don’t know who the new buyer is, but we used to be able to get quality clothing for women now everything is just horrible. Nothing stylish very disappointing. Won’t be back.

I ordered a $56 frame on 3/30/23. It was damaged in shipping and returned to sender. I have yet to be credited back to my credit card. I have been told that Kohls has 30 days to refund money due to damages with shipping. In the mean time I am still responsible to pay the bill... smh...

Kohls the worst service!Casandra Urban especially This was the worst buying experience I have ever had online. The customer service was inefficient. The help I received from the office of the president rep Cassandra Urban was down right indifferent and rude! She is an absolute embarrassment to the Kohls organization! I will never patronize kohls again, online or in a store!

Kohl’s has the worst website and app. It doesn’t load correctly hard time signing in tracking orders it doesn’t give much information except label created but looks like it doesn’t ship. It takes forever to load page and it doesn’t matter what browser you use.you need to stop all the pop ups and crap that tries to load to page that’s why it doesn’t load properly to busy try to track.
