I love Kohl's. It's a great store with great customer service. During the pandemic and even now, I often order items online for pick up in store. That way, I can use my coupons as well as earn a small amount of cash back on my purchases through Rakuten - bonus!

OMG! I hate shopping and I hate returning things. I was just browsing in the men's wear department. I was surprised to see so many things I wanted or needed. When I got up to the register there was a woman making the clerk scan every item before she decided to purchase the item. As I was getting a bit frustrated waiting in line, no fault of the clerk, I noticed how warm and helpful the clerk was being. When it was my turn I noticed she had the same thoughtful dispassion with me and my purchase. I told her I'd never met a more thoughtful person in the retail environment. She said the Lord drives her to be a better person to others. WOW! Mind blown. As a good Catholic man, I appreciated the response she gave. Friends, her name is Tammi T. And if you're at Kohl's in Springhill you've got to meet her. Her kindness, helpful suggestions, and warm beautiful personality will put a smile on your face! Tammi T, I hate shopping but will come back to Kohl's just to purchase something from you! -David Gaffke TV Show Best in Bridal

I have had great luck with Kohl's and every order came earlier than expected and the quality, size, and price was never an issue. I still shop there for all my work clothes especially.

I purchased the Homestyle Storage Plus Kitchen Island from Kohl.com. The shipment arrived as promised. The assembly of the product was rather difficult but my son and his friend figured it out. This kitchen Island is sturdy with plenty of storage space and very appealing to the eye.
