The shoes I ordered, did make it to my front porch, and the shoes were not damaged, that's the good news. Bad news is the box was beat to smithereens and who ever packed the box literally thrown the shoes and a ripped up shoe box in a huge box with no wrapping. Looked like crap.

I used to shop Walmart and other less expensive stores. Then I decided to start shopping at Khol's for quality stuff. Obviously the prices are way higher than Walmart etc. But ai didn't care because I was hoping to get quality stuff. Unfortunately the quality is worst then Walmart. I bought some briefs and within a few months they started yo rip at the waistband! Then I bought a perfume for my wife for $80. I tested it before purchasing and also confirmed it with a store associate that it was the one I liked but to my disappointment it was not the same, plus the bottle is big but the holding area (content) is very little. Unfortunately I had traveled overseas and came back after 3 months so no returns!

The Fourth of July display looks nice but all items made in China. Why in gods name would I buy something patriotic that is made in China. America and kohl’s has lost its soul all for a buck. The entire store is full of products from China that they mark up by 1000%. I won’t be going back. They will have to rely on the brainwashed masses. Wake up America!

Kohls charges over $8.00 to ship items that weigh less than 16 Oz. Orders from other companies ship for half that amount.

I was shopping at Kohls in Walker Michigan on Saturday 5.28.22. I chose 3 tops from same designer (,one I had never seen before) in the casual wear. They were all marked $30 each and on sale for $24.99. When the cashier rang them up one rang at $24.99 and two rang at $31.16 (more than actual tag on both sleeveless tanks). I brought it to the cashiers attention and she said she couldn't do anything about it and I needed to go to customer service. I went to customer service and explained the situation. They scanned the items and they scanned at $40.00 even though the price tag said $30.00 and the sale price showed as $31.16. The sign by the shirts said $30.00 shirts were $24.99. It was taking so long to get them to understand that I finally brought up the Michigan scan law. The clerk said she had never heard of it so I pulled it up on my phone to let her know that I wasn't making it up. Then another clerk stepped in and was quite rude. She said she was waiting on another customer so I couldn't just respond right away. I didn't even realize she was listening to me. I was not being rude to anyone so there was no need for her attitude. It took her 10 minutes trying to find the code for scan law refund. Eventually she just said to do miscellaneous refund after I said to just forget. This makes me quite concerned shopping at Kohl's. Are people being overcharged and don't catch it? I am very disappointed with the service desk and the one ladies attitude (believe she was supervisor of service desk). This was NOT my error and her attitude was not acceptable. I don't usually complain about clerks because everyone has a bad day but.....

Looks like the next thing I type after this will be amazon dot com!

Online purchase of several pairs of pants never shipped. Checked tracking # and it said label generated but package never given to carrier. Suspect warehouse workers picking online items, generating label and then taking items home long before customers start to ask questions. By time I remembered ordering, customer service had ot cancel my order (I hope to get refund) and told me to reorder. Not happening. Kohls had been go to for decades, will shop elsewhere.

This past week I ordered 10 Sonoma large tees in all large size One came in med But my biggest complaint is when you look for fabric info the first listed is Polyester, cotton, then rayon They are not what I expected, there 60 %cotton, 40 polyester, no rayon, If I had wanted cotton tees that is what I would have ordered I'm not pleased, and feel they were substantially overpriced for what I really received
