I ordered 4 sets of chair pads for my outdoor furniture and I only received 3 sets. Upon accessing the "Chat" button I was informed they would place the order for another set and I would not received it for 7 to 12 days, This was not acceptable to me as I have company coming, KOHL'S could care less, they would not expedite shipping to me and would not give me any compensation in anyway. UNACCEPTABLE and I am a MVC Customer which means I spend a couple of thousand dollars a year there or online, well I will not be doing that in the near future I will take my business elsewhere because apparently I am not valued as a customer by KOHL'S,

I will no longer be placing any orders with Kohl’s. I will also be canceling my credit card. I ordered a perfume. It was delivered today. Destroyed packaging, destroyed box and used perfume.

They advertised a clearance price on Kohls. The price didn’t change no matter what color I chose. I look for bargains all the time and am aware they often it’s just one color but the price displayed changes depending on what color you choose. This wasn’t happening no matter what color I chose. It said clearance for $28 But in the cart it was around $80. I tried talking to them, no luck. The chat person asked me for the sku and I went to find it, (I told the person I was looking)came back a very short time later, like a minute, all I did was copy the actual title, and it already said they were disconnecting due to lack of response. I got them in time but they disconnected me anyway after they did not like my insistence that this is illegal. I called with no help there either. So I went to post a review. STRANGELY when I tried to leave a one star review (twice) it would not submit it and I just got that forever loading thing. Suspicious, I tried one more time, with screen recording on, for the third time to leave a one star review. Same thing happened, so I then tried to leave a Five Star review and explained in the comment that this was a fake review because of what I suspected. A you believe it? The five stars review went right through! lol. I’ve contacted their corporate to let them know I was reporting then to the FTC for deceptive pricing as well as review suppression.

I ordered about $100 of clothing online. It somehow got lost in shipping and trying to get Kohls to refund me for an order they clearly see never arrived has been a battle. So far many calls, round and round and still no refund. Never ordering online from them again.

This store in the North East Columbia has really gone from bad to unbelievable. My wife and I walked into the store and were met by strong odor fragrances that made her nauseous. The jewelry section is absolutely a disaster, I must give them a one because they didn’t have what we want, but at least they admitted they were low on birthstone items.

The customer service is very bad when I try to pay or give a payment. This lady was very rude and ignored me5/29

Highway theft. Purchase towels totaling $27.88.. At store because I didn't have my card with me, they looked it up for the balance. Casher stated amount due $30.67, paid it.. Found out store don't know exact amount from Citibank, therefore charge %10 more..From which they don't refund you, they keep it as a credit for 4 month unless you call em and request a refund in then they Mail it to you... If you don't use it for request refund, They keep it.. Sound like Fraud to me. If the consumer doesn't realize it, 10% is stolen from them.. Corruption, scam, dishonest.

The app is fine but the website itself on desktop REFUSES to load anything 99% of the time. Infuriating for customers trying to spend money at their store. They should invest in a better experience for their online shoppers. Using the app isn't always convenient. Highly unsatisfied this has been going on for years and something they ignore or refuse to address.
