I was reluctant on using Kohl's online for shipment and now I wish I didn't. My item never came, was told it was delivered and it wasn't than found out there was a glitch in the system and I have been waiting over 1.5 weeks for my item that is stuck in some other city in my state. Issued a refund that can take up to a week first of all and second I don't have a week to wait. I need to go out of my way now and finishing purchasing my son's prom stuff.

I use to shop at Kohl's all the time and always found clothes I liked . The coupons r now worthless they r only good on very few items. The clothes are awful. You need to fire the buyers. I was in two days ago and the store looked like a goodwill store with very high prices. I can't believe what had happened to Kohl's. Don't think they will be in business much longer if they continue at the way it has been. Very upset with this company.

Kohls sucks. Literally everything worth buying is excluded from their (formerly) famous percent-off coupons. I’m so disappointed as I used to shop there almost exclusively but in the past few years they’ve dropped the ball in so many ways. But the coupon exclusions are really the straw that broke the camel’s back for me — it’s not even worth bothering with anymore; the exclusions have gotten so numerous.

Online order not delivered. Customer service replied to keep waiting it might show up. Never did. Reply to continue waiting. Hmmm do they take payment for goods not sent?

After being a customer for years, I find it impossible to find the products of oast years.kihls appears to be over stocked in large and extra large apparel sizes. Styles are sooo bad, can't find "normal" business or day time dresses, no one to answer questions except responses of 'i don't know" or pointing to "over there" which is nowhere.this past week I was in store 3 times, hoping to find something I found nothing.vyou need to fire all your buyers!!!

Worst company I've ever TRIED to work with! They were suppose to replace a $100.00 gift card for me and for the last 4 months I've waited for it. After calling 3 times about it. I guess I'm just out of luck. Also, trying to unsubscribe from their ads is impossible. I've tried several times and then called in and the guy said he manually turned off emails to me, but I'm still getting them. Very unprofessional company. I received a credit card from then that I will NEVER activate!

It has come to this point with Koles I didnt want to give them any stars. They dont deserve that!! I very disappointed with Kohl’s for a long time now, to the point where I am having to scream at them to fix what they messed up!! EVERY single time I make a payment Koles finds a way to Messes it up!! I have been a customer for 10 plus years, their app sucks, their phone customer service are not knowledgeable at all. They have messed up my credit for thier mistake of the payments. I even spoke to Corp Office & Its the same thing!!They are frustrating and difficult to use. I am pretty much done with shopping at Kohl’s. They give you a hard time taking the payment so they can charge the "late" fees.. But they have no problem screw you over!! Do Better!!! writing a review is a waste!! They will NEVER fix the problem! This Is EVERYTIME I need help

I have been very disappointed with Kohl’s for a long time now, and I have been a customer for 15 years, their app sucks, their phone customer service are not knowledgeable at all. Every questions was I don’t know. Their app is behind the times a and frustrating snd difficult to use. I am pretty much done with shopping at Kohl’s.
