This retailer says you get kohl’s cash with your purchase and that is NOT TRUE. I purchased a $200 pillow for my mom and here I am waiting for the cash only to be told “your purchase doesn’t qualify for kohl’s cash. That’s some BS. Maybe they need to start advertising that instead so people are aware that not every purchase will give you kohl’s cash. Will Never buy from this company again. And to top it all off when I called about the cash they’re customer service is horrible and RUDE. Don’t buy from these people they are scammers

Wt# come on, how you going to delay it twice. With such a big company you would think whoever the dirt bag is who handles shipping probably doesn't give a @#$% about the customer. Your online service is a BIG THUMBS DOWN. And please don't write me a cute little message with how sorry you are just please do what you say, I give you the money with no problems but it's a problem to receive what I spent my money on. I think that's an unfair deal.

I have had some major medical things going on. I got behind I admit it. I spoke to a so called customer service rep two days ago. They literally had no clue what I was asking about my balance and amount owed. The only thing I learned was that I needed to pay a certain amount before June 6th, 2023. No word of "account closure" or anything else. In fact they said on more than one occasion in the call that if I paid a certain amount that everything would be fine and I asked if by next Friday was fine and they said yes. Today May 20th, 2023 I get notification from my credit alerts that they closed the account. No warning, no mention in the phone call. Now I sit on hold to speak to a Supervisor because even the rep I have gotten is not helpful and doesn't understand where I am coming from and feeling as if they unrightfully closed my account.

Kohls cash is a scam. I recently bought clothes and they honored clothes cash for the purchase. When I went to return they would refund it as kohls cash rather than my actual payment. It didn’t make as I didn’t want to buy anything and they were forcing to buy and not refund. The person helping was like “its up to you to use or just throw it” which I felt was not good customer service.

I’ve never been so insulted in my life. I spent quite a bit of money two weeks ago and received 15.00 in Kohls cash. It was not eligible to use for another week so it sat in my purse for two weeks. Fast forward I went to use it and they only wanted to give ne 7.00. She accused me of using part of it. I was totally insulted. I’ll never shop there again and going to close my account.
