Kohls in Gurnee instructed me to pay for a purchase with a Kohl's credit card. When I said no, the cashier just kept pressuring. Not everyone wants or uses a Kohl's credit card. A supervisor said that is how the store trains cashiers. They don't ask you, they make demands. Kohls seems to be in serious trouble.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! BEWARE!! And if they don’t like you they’ll put your order on hold and make it damn near impossible to get a refund. Kohls customer service representatives SUCK! They have no idea what’s going on and when asked for corporates number they refuse to give it to you or say they don’t have one. I was supposed to receive my package April, we’re now in June and still waiting for the “refund” to hit my bank.

Called to find out if Kohl’s is going to continue selling Pride infant clothing so I could decide if I was closing my credit card account. Was finally transferred to a corporate representative who said she could not comment in that…..hmmmm….not prideful in your Pride gear? She curtly responded she could close my account. DONE. CLOSED. Stock has fallen 5% already. Target, Anheiser, Kohl’s…..the people are speaking. Are you listening?

I made a payment on my Kohl’s card and the payment didn’t post to my bank account. Then after a few days I had to send another so I wasn’t late. A couple days later both payments posted to my account and both payments were taken out of my bank account. It’s been over a month since I contacted them and still no refund. I recently called again and was told it would take another month to have a check sent to my address. They have poor customer service in store and online/phone. I’ve cut my card up and won’t be shopping at Kohl’s anymore. They’re just another store to boycott among other things.

How much more affirmation do some in this community need? Trans is continually pushed down everyone’s throat. It’s even in our schools of all places. Can’t let your kid watch children tv without some kind of pronoun talk. And now, here is another of my once favorite stores, focusing this agenda on babies and kids. Stop pushing your indoctrination and woke ideas on kids. How about focusing on making a safe and enjoyable experience for all - shoppers and employees. Stop placing one group above all others. I don’t care about nor need to know about anyone’s political, gender issues, sexual attraction or activist stance while I am shopping. Whatever you do in your own home is up to you. Again…leave the kids out of your agenda. 

Call Michelle Mizer at Kohl's Corporate Office (262) 704-9034 and tell her why you're canceling your credit card. FYI.....she won't care because she'd rather Kohl's be WOKE and go bankrupt than Kohl's stay out of politics.

LGBTQ baby clothing, that is beyond disgusting. Cancelling my Kohl's card and will not shop there. We have spent thousands of dollars at Kohls other 15 years. Sick to my stomach at their pandering.

The worst customer service ever do not even try to call them. They can’t understand you. There head sets keeps going in and out where you can’t hear them and then they hang up on you after 25 minutes in 4 attempts to call them. Kohls needs to really do something about this.
