Kohl's is not the place to shop anymore. The quality and prices are not good. Quality on a lot of stuff is getting poor. And the pricing is so high so they can mark it on sale. The sale is not a fair price.

Order a mens shirt on line. When I recieved the comfirmation that the shirt was in pick up at a Texas Store, In live in Ky. I immediately went online an chat with Customer Service to cancel the order. I was informed that I could not cancel until the store sent me a message for pick up . Customer service told me how sorry they was an that they would ups shirt to me no shipping an how sorry they were. Call cancelled order 7 days for a refund, that is rediculous !!! It takes 2 seconds to take it out and 7 to put it back in. Not only do I have to wait for the refund. I have to go shop for a shirt that was to be here today for a wedding. Never will shop here again. Atleast Amazon is reliable and refund your money .

The lady manager at Kohls on 6 Hwy is rude and lazy. I went to the store to purchase bedsheets and couldn’t find what I needed. I asked for help and she was so rude, arrogant, upset and put-off that she had to work. She informed me that she was the manager on duty. At 73 years old I have never been so disappointed. If I didn’t really need the bed sheets, I would have left them there.

Kohls has gone WOKE. They have inappropriate clothing for babies and toddlers. Yes, inappropriate!! I used to shop there for my toddler granddaughter but not anymore until stop this. Can’t we just let our children be children without introducing them complications of life? Let the clothing be based on things like we had in yesteryear. No hard choices. No need to make any choices.PERIOD!!

I wish I could give 0 stars, but don't have that option. I tried to get into my account online as I usually do and it would not let me in. I called to get help and was told that my husband was primary and he had to log in. I have had this card for 28 years, always paid my bill right away and now I can't even access my account. Very poor customer service and did not help at all. Cancelled my card and my account.

I have been shopping at Kohl’s for many years & have spent thousands of dollars. I plan on closing my account because of all the gay, rainbow, queer clothes. ( Especially in the children’s department ).What has this world become? Also, Kohls quality & prices are not what they use to be. Will not be shopping there again. CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!!!

Went to the Milten GA store, went to purchase clothes. At the register, the sales associate attempted to process a request for Kohl's credit card. It was rejected for some unknown reason. a week later I get a letter that indicated the reason was because the credit bureau they attempted to process the application with had my credit info had my account "frozen". I unfroze the account, called the number on the letter when sent me and attempted to open up an account. Get this; they told me I had to unfreeze all three credit reporting agencies, then go back to the store, attempt to reapply for credit, and then go back to the three credit agencies to re-freeze the account. The customer effort score (a metric on how difficult it is to do business with a company) in my opinion is off the charts for Kohl's They can keep their credit card as far as I am concerned. BTW, my credit rating is north of 800.
