I only give 1 star because they actually gave me a credit card. I pay my bill on time every month. I shop regularly since I have a family of 4. I leave reviews regarding products I have received. They rejected all the negative ones. I recently ordered a SET OF 2 garden beds for $60 and only received one. I've received broken items (picture frame). Once their delivery service through my package containing a $200 watch under my porch. I found it about a week after I complained about it. Customer service was NOT going to help replace or help in any way. I ended up returning the watch due to it not being up to par. Idk, may have been LEFT IN THE RAIN. I just obtained a credit card from a department store that's not so woke....oh and that... They say that their off brand TEK GEAR is made in the states but after some investigation, it's actually made in China at work camps where children are working. KHOLS, I AM DONE WITH YOUR CRAP.

Wow. These people are truly horrid. We moved, and apparently that’s a crime. I finally received a bill, literally yesterday and today they tell me it’s in collections. No warning. I call them, and you’d think I held them up. They were without a doubt the rudest, most unbearably condescending trolls on the planet. Spoke to me either like a criminal or a 5 years old who’s incapable of anything. Astonishing. I guess anyone who actually takes that kind of a job has seriously psychological issues that require them to talk down to people. I’ve never had a late payment in my life so I guess I never knew how this subculture works. Seriously unbelievable. I feel sorry for those in serious financial straits who get treated like petulant children and talked down to like a common criminal. I’m still in shock.

Ordered some shoes twice never received my product buyers beware this company is a fraud reordered a few days same message error with delivery they lack accountability and great response to their customers will never shop there again

I tried to return an item to the Amazon return kiosk. It took me at least 10 minutes to pull up the return code on my phone using Kohls Wifi. It would not let me access the data usage on my phone which would have been faster. When I asked to speak to someone about it the clerk refused to call someone. Said " Thats the way it is." No customer service at all.

I canceled my pickup order. Received an email stating that I would receive a merchandise credit, by mail, within 15 days. Never received after 23 days. Took me forever to get anyone to answer a chat. Albert, from chat, says the email is wrong, it’s 28 days. Why isn’t it electronic in this day and age?? Will never use a gift card or shop at Kohl’s again. No way it should take 4 weeks to receive something in the mail. No wonder they’re bankrupt. Worst customer service experience ever.

False advertising a whole shelf full of merchandise and they saying the price wrong and took it down and wanted me to pay a different price

Bought from Khol’s and wrote review of product. Was to the point and not positive and they refused to publish and was not inappropriate at all. They are filtering reviews to make things positive.

If I could leave no star I would. The store in Johnson City is mismanaged at best. But, the corporate customer service is the same way. I pay over $4,000 for supposed diamonds only to get them appraised for a mere cubic zirconia. Then the jewelry breaks or is missing pieces and I’m offered $15 in kohls cash. Absolutely sad. They lost my business…I hope this review helps others to shop elsewhere and avoid the nightmare di gage had.
