I ordered two shirts (of flannel material) last week. One of the shirts was of a different color -- from red to green -- that I don't like. After I placed the order, the company changed it of its own volition and delivered the package a couple of days ago. Am not so happy with the nature of transaction.

I used to LOVE shopping at Kohls. But, now that they don't honor their "awesome" percentages off on name brands, I will be looking elsewhere. This is the same strategy that Younkers used years ago, and you guessed it, they're out of business now. Sad because they never used to be this way. In fact, I would shop at Kohls instead of Younkers for this very reason.

I have shopped at the Riverdale Kohls most of my life and am so disappointed as to how Kohls has become so messy and unorganized. The store is actually starting to look trashy.

Janet the lady who checked us out was very rude once asked questions about coupons. She was snippy to us. Very displeased

Very unhappy with the way the specials are ran. I've had a Kohl's card for 12 years. My grand kids have only one parent. I've been here buying school clothes for them at Kohl's for the last 12 yrs. Youngest is starting high school this year. I'm 73 yrs old and had to work over the weekend. On Monday 8/22/2022 I took the grand daughter spent over $470. With no discounts. The grand kids live almost 2 hours away. I worked 48 hours the last couple week at two jobs never can take off for your specials. Very disappointed in your specials. I feel ripped off.

why does almost every item I purchase ship separate. when I order about 14 items I'll have like 10 different tracking numbers. why can't everything be shipped together at the same time.

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs but the time has come to move on. My deliveries are always late or come piece by piece; and I order at least once a month for my family. My last order was in fulfillment for 5 days which was an issue for me since it was for my son heading off to college. Lately, I am buying more from Walmart, Amazon and Old Navy, even JC Penney because they are more reliable. Hope it improves, use to be my go- to store for discounts but honestly the delays don't make up for it.

As I am currently standing in line 12 groups of people back, I previously went back to returns where I was able to purchase just 2 weeks ago here. I was told they are no longer doing this since they do amazon and kohls returns now. They were doing these returns 2 weeks ago also. Btw there was no one in line at the returns. Very bad customer service. Would have left after 1.5hrs of shopping except I have $40 kohls cash to use. :((
