Shopped at my local Kohl's store this morning (only because I went there to return something to Amazon) I thought I would use the coupon to get a couple small things. Haven't shopped at Kohl's for about 6 months. So I did. I bought 2 small hand towels and 2 very small fall decor. I paid the cashier. I made sure the lady put all 4 items in my bag because Kohl's cashiers have a way of forgetting to put all your items in your bag, or even forget to take a security tag off, which makes you have to come back to the store with your receipt and stand in the long customer service line. Anyways, back to today's main event.....after making sure I had all my items, I went home, took all 4 items out of my bag and checked my receipt. I paid for 5 items, not 4. I noticed I had "bought" some jewelry. I went to my Kohl's app, typed in the item number, and found out I was charged for a pair of hoop earrings. I called the store. Explained my situation and asked them to even go back and check the cameras. They took down my receipt information and said it should be cleared up later that day. NOPE! Called back hours later and the lady said it probably won't be looked at until tomorrow because L.P. is off today. WHAT!?!?

I recently visited Kohl's Canton/ Belden Village. They totally rearranged their store and now have a Horrible selection of mens clothing choices. 90% of the button down dress shirts were "slim" fitting which is obsurd. Bad color choices also. So then I go to pick out a $120 bottle of cologne and the girl at the counter did not acknowledge me and just kept talking about her birthday!!!! JCPennys still better!!!

I'm disappointed to share that my experience with Kohl's clothes has left me underwhelmed. The quality of the clothing items I've purchased seems to be lacking, and I've noticed signs of wear and tear much sooner than expected. It's unfortunate because I had high hopes, but I believe there's room for improvement in the quality department.

They don't tell you its being shipped from hong kong and the tracking on the status on your package is as generic as it gets. Shipper says it was delivered and i ask for a physical description of the person who signed for it and they cant produce any? So they say they are going to refund me but that has'nt happened yet

Worst credit card ever; recurrent payment were cancelled by their system and I got 1 late fee and the sale outs reported it to credit union destroying my credit for no reason khols sucks will never spend a cent on their cheap overprice clothes

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered clothes online. I did not realize it was coming from CHINA. Well after 4 weeks they said it was delivered. It was not. Then they said they reordered and 34 days later it says it was delivered. It was not. Never got and no refund. SCAM!!!!!!!

KOHLS NEEDS TO CHANGE NAME TO FRAUD!!!!! DO NOT APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD!!! THEIR EMPLOYEES LIE! EMPLOYEE'S TELL YOU IT WILL BE A SOFT INQUIRY, IT IS NOT IT IS "AND" HARD A SOFT INQUIRY ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT, THEY LIE AND WILL NOT REMOVE, ANOTHER USA RETAILER GOING DOWN THE DRAIN DUE TO THE OH MIGHTY DOLLAR. YOU SUCK KOHLS AND SO DO YOU HOURLY WAGED EMPLOYEES SHAME ON YOU........KARMA

I was in Roanoke, Virginia on 8/16/2023 for business and decided to stop by the Kohl’s store there. Found some really good sale items for relatives. However on arriving back home I checked my receipt and found out I was charged for an item I did not have in my bag. I contacted the store and they told me they had found nothing left out of anyone’s bag. So guess I am out the money and that makes my purchases not as great of a savings as I had assumed. This store had one customer service person that was helpful to me , Kathy. Others were not available or rude. At the registers of all the Kohl’s store it seems that the friendly customer service appears only when they think you will give them a good review on kohl’s feedback and they write their name on the receipt. Not very happy with Kohl’s now and will only go there when I cannot find what I want somewhere else. Overpriced on many, many things.
