Im really disappointment and frustration with the issues I have experienced with the Kohl's Cash reward program. On two separate occasions, I have lost my Kohl's Cash balance without any record of use, which has resulted in a significant loss of value for my purchases. The first instance occurred when my reward balance totaled 250 Kohl's Cash. Upon checking my app, I found that the balance had disappeared. After contacting customer service, I was told that the Kohl's Cash had been used on a previous purchase, even though I had no record of such a transaction. While I was eventually refunded, I should not have had to go through the process of disputing the use of funds in the first place. My second loss occurred more recently when my Kohl's Cash balance was 280. The reward disappeared on Sunday, and I immediately reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, no one was available to assist me. This left me feeling defrauded, and I have since had to spend my time trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. Upon researching, I discovered that many others have experienced similar problems with the Kohl's Cash reward program. I believe that Kohl's security system needs to take drastic action to combat fraudulent usage of the Kohl's Cash reward program. It is unacceptable that loyal customers like me have to endure these problems without any clear solution. I strongly feel that this situation is beyond disappointing, it is unacceptable. KOHLS need to improve the tracking system and security features surrounding the Kohl's Cash rewards program, as it has left me and other customers feeling defrauded. I contacted them few times. They told me they issued the first Kohl cash lost, they couldn't issue the second time but I never touch them. My case is never got resolved

Kohls is by far the most unorganized company I've ever dealt with. Ordered 2 items, packing slip said I item received order complete. HELLO? So I called. Of course call was routed overseas. I don't usually care. Everybody needs to make a living. Agent could not understand me, I couldn't understand her. So I asked if she could transfer me to someone that I could understand or to an agent in the US. She said no. So I again explained my issue. She kept repeating my order has been delivered and is complete. I kept saying 1 item was delivered not the second. I've had this conversation with 8 other over seas agents in the last ten days. All kept telling me to call back TOMORROW. Because the US agents are off. Lol. So I did four times and each time no matter how early i made the call it was rerouted to China. The agents in China said they could only give me the info it showed on their screen! I have tried to speak with someone in USA. No luck. I am still being charged for both items. UGH! If Kohls wants to hire agents overseas why don't they give them the information needed to help? Kohls will never get my business unless the item I want is the cheapest around. So now Kohls has an infrequent sale only customer. Mervyn's followed their same business plan....

I owe Kohls $11.00 Total.Due to traveling taking care of some family issues I overlooked my $11.00 payment. Have had this account 6 years plus never was late or missed a payment. The day Kohl's did call I paid the $11.00 immediately. Kohl's reported the late payment to the credit bureau dropped my score 23 points.All I owed was $11.00 paid in Full

Went in store to use a $10.00 of $25.00 purchase. They have so many stipulations/rules that is impossible to use coupon with out going way over $25.00. The quality of merchandise has gone downhill for years and is nothing but cheep crap. They also reduced the jewelry section to nothing. I am very saddened to see this as I was a customer for years. Now I shop elsewhere. Plus the people working there are not so pleasant. So sad!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Kohl’s for 35+ years,,but sadly will never shop there again. I have a Kohl’s credit card that I have used sporadically through the years. I have never had issue with their credit department until 4 months ago. I have an excellent credit rating which I monitor on a regular basis and never carry a balance on any of my credit cards. My cards are paid off in full monthly, and never have additional interest to pay. It just so happened that 4 months ago I missed a payment on my Kohl’s charge account. Yes,,,it was an oversight on my part, and I did have a $78 balance that I did not pay on time. Kohl’s never contacted me telling me I had an outstanding balance. No email…no phone call…no text…no late notice in the mail. When my account became overdue after 30 days, they again, never contacted me, but instead placed a negative non-payment of funds against my credit through the 3 major credit reporting agencies used in the U.S. The only way I knew this had happened was because I have a paid membership with a credit monitoring service, and they alerted me to the negative report against my credit. This ONE missed payment to Kohl’s dropped my credit score by 80 points!! The only way I could remedy this situation was to have Kohl’s remove the negative slam from my credit, which was never done, even after I immediately called them,,, and paid my outstanding balance in full. I’m sorry, Kohl’s, I do not accept this type of service to a loyal customer🤢

Tried to pay bill on 1st and taken to different web sites as taken over by capital One. By time got someone o. phone that wasn't dummy bot was told to call back as now too late. Asked for supervisor and left on hold for 40 + minutes. Store sells cheap clothes I needed for new job but have to be replaced within a year if worn more than 3-4 times. Sales are a joke rack up points and deals then can't use them. Canceling account if supervisor ever quits the game play and answers phone. If not will just not pay see if they want to play the non answer phone then. Worst customer service ever!

Minus 10 is the rating. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Ordered over 5 business days ago. It shows as not been picked up by carrier. Called customer service the lady can be barely speak English. Could not understand her at all. Asked her to cancel the order since it was not even shipped yet but she says she can’t. I have to wait until I receive the item to return. Why??? Can’t she cancel since it’s not shipped yet. The automated system says it’s shipped but when I tracked it, it shows as not yet picked up by carrier. Don’t ever buy from Kohls. They are a big disappointment.

What a sucky azz store! When you try to check their website, you're bombarded with pop-ups, ads, blah, blah. Then, if you initiate an ad blocker so you can actually navigate their site, it won't let you leave a review of an item you purchased there. Oh, you can WRITE a review, but when you try to post, there's a big "x" that says, "your pop up blocker prevented this review from being posted" then goes back to a blank page, loosing all that you wrote. They sell crappy, cut rate products, but try to give the appearance of a high-scale store. Just say no...
