I believe this company on line is a scam! I ordered clothes from this so called company since end June 2023 and today is 11th October 2023 , I have not received the items. Tried sending emails which each time a different customer service team replied! As I write, they told me my items are at my local post office to be delivered since 27th September 2023. I asked for the name of the local post office so I can go there and collect them myself but they have not responded to that last email. I ordered these items to use for my daughter's wedding in the USA and made it clear to them I will be traveling to the USA next week but they have decided to ignore my last email and there is no way to contact them by phone or any other means 😭😭I am still so concerned as I think this company is a scam, exploiting people's hard earned money. The judgement of God is upon them! There is no peace for the wicked!!!! I will never in my life time order anything from them nor ever recommend them to other customers. They don't even deserve a one star ⭐ in this review in my opinion.

Appalling service Placed an order worth around $60, order was cancelled without notification. When I enquired why I was told they do that sometimes if you don't respond to their texts?? I've tried to contact the company twice now and they won't offer any assistance. Very poor. They've lost a customer.

Kohl’s Sonoma Bath Sheets and Bath Towels navy color SUCK! I bought probably $200 worth of these towels and they rub off onto your skin. So every time we get out of the shower there is navy blue fuzzies/lint all over! Search continues for different towels.

Very bad customer service and return policy is unclear, i will never buy from them again and i recommend avoiding them because of their return policy.

Your automated customer service system is worthless and your system which gives me the opportunity to speak with a representative also leads to a dead end. Obviously you don’t want to give a customer the chance to speak with a living person.

Got Kohls cash reward & when I tried to use it took the $10.00 off & then when I place order it removed the $10.00 & went back to original price. Chat was of no help. Shame on them!!!!!

I ordered some shoes in August. They still haven't arrived and I've emailed 3 times with no response. A very disappointing and expensive experience. No customer service and I'm not expecting to se my parcel.

Kohl's in Columbus, OH 43230. I'm not sure if it was just an off night or what but the man taking Amazon returns acted and looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there. He was rude. The staff up front blatantly ignored me. One was counting coupons and the other was putting carts away. Walked all the way back to customer service to ask for a manager who also didn't seem to care so I submitted my complaint about the lack of customer service in his store and he said he'd take care of it but seemed like he couldn't wait for me to be out of his face. So I'm just letting everyone know, maybe go elsewhere if you think you're going to get decent customer service here on a Friday night an hour before close. Probably the worst experience I've had in awhile. I'll take my business elsewhere. No big. There's entirely too many competing companies to waste time on poor customer service.
