Had trouble with Kohl’s sephora and everyone just told me to call Sephora even though they don’t even have access to order information at Sephora. It was ridiculous. I had to make 3 separate calls to Kohl’s not including the waste of one to Sephora and then Kohl’s just told me they couldn’t do anything.

I ordered a clearance eagles hoodie and Kohl's shipped it via an unknown carrier. The carrier posted that the order was delivered when in fact it was returned to the carrier and lost. I called the carrier who stated they were sorry but they couldn't find the package and I needed to call Kohl's to get a refund. Kohl's stated they would refund my order. I logged into my account and they didn't refund the shipping fee. They stated if the order showed returned even though it stated lost, they would not be able to refund my shipping fees. After I told them, I didn't receive/return the order but their carrier lost it they stated they would do a one time return for shipping. Needless to say, the jersey I ordered is sold out after I waited weeks for it and having to deal with a rude CS department, I will NOT be ordering from Kohl's anymore. I suggest you purchase from a different store since this store doesn't care about it's customers or their service.

This review is for kohls.com Purchased an air fryer. It came completely damaged . It was not the shipping as that box was fine. They basically put a damaged product in the box and sent it . Called customer service . They said sorry , we'll send another one. That one arrived and it was used ! Greasy , dirty fingerprints on the instruction booklet ! Absolutely disgusting . Terrible

Horrible employer in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on Collins Rd. You don’t get paid for your hours, and they don’t care. I asked if they could stop the emails from coming and they said to contact corporate. I called corporate several times, no one answered.

Got a sheet set. The top sheet and pillow covers were good but the fitted sheet was really wrinkled straight out of the box and seems to be a different material than the covers and top sheet. Disappointed for sure. Won't be buying sheets from here anymore.

If you have store credit card open don't get married. I tried changing my name twice and they refuse to change my name even though I am providing them all information they asked. First time they saked to send a copy of the curt order with driver license or social security card I did next time they asked me to fax it to them. I spend $8 trying to fax it to them and ones again I received a letter asking me to fax the proof to them. I'm done with them. Horrible service when you need it.

EDIT: On Oct 19, 2023 Kohl's stated "This certainly isn't the experience we want our customers to have, and we'd be happy to look into your concerns. Please feel free to email kohls feedback for assistance". I have emailed Kohl's feedback with no response and the emails continue. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC for violation of the CAN-SPAM Act if the emails don't cease by Oct 27, 2023. This company lures you into giving them your email for Kohl's Cash then proceeds to send you 1 - 3 emails a day. You can't unsubscribe and you can't block their email. I managed to send them to my spam folder but the emails keep coming like hungry zombies!

I mainly shop online so sometimes get two sizes of the same item. Went to return and kept looking for how to print out a return label. Finally figured out they just give you their address Problems: even when you have pay for a return everywhere I’ve ever shopped online, you can print out a label that is a flat fee, usually around $9.00. When they receive the item, they deduct that amount from your refund. With Kohl’s, I had to pay $15 upfront due to weight and size of the package, are you kidding me? And instead of being able just drop off the package at the counter and leave quicker, I had to stand in line (UPS, FedEx, post office, etc…) and wait to have a label made. Are dinosaurs still roaming the earth? Maybe I just sound cranky, and I can be, but many people with hectic schedules would probably agree this is ridiculous. Also, I only bought from them because that’s the only place I could find the style, size, and color of a pair of Levi’s from searching google. Most of the other merchandise I saw was subpar to just plain ugly. I learned my lesson the hard way, hopefully you won’t have to
