I worked at Kohl’s 2 weeks and then quit. The job was great, I loved it… especially interacting with the customers BUT, I could not handle the cash register Supervisor who jumped in on my ringing up customers…pushing the Kohl’s Card!!! I had already asked if they were interested and when they said no, I stopped… she jumped in, slammed the monitor around to show the savings if they bought in. They still said… no! It was rude, embarrassing and not professional at all. I have been in the Customer Service arena 30 years… this was nothing new to me. They missed out on a great employee! Not a Kohl’s fan anymore..

Boycott this woke corporation nationwide
Big. Corp lead me around a phone loop purposely over and over trying to contact corporate office which they won’t allow. Finally got a supposed corp. number and they kept putting me on hold and then hung up on me. Their products are ugly and expensive and they don’t carry my pillow anymore. Boycott this woke corporation that could care less about hearing from the. Ustomer.

If I could give 0 stars
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to love this store, and it was our primary location to shop for clothes, gifts, etc. spanning several thousand dollars a year. We unfortunately timed our last purchase of $15 on the last day of the billing cycle after we had paid our bill in full. We inadvertently thought we had paid the balance since we didn’t receive the bill via our email. Fast forward 35 days, and I got a call from kohls that our payment for $15 was late, and they had added a $35 late charge. I called them and explained that in over 20 years, I had never had a late payment and never received this bill. They apologized profusely and removed the late charge. However, they reported the late payment which resulted in a 70 point hit to my credit score. I contacted them and again told them I didn’t receive the bill, but they disagreed and refused to make it right. In that 30 day window when the bill supposedly came, we received more than 50 marketing emails from kohls. We didn’t find the bill, but how is the average person supposed to weed through all of that junk? I am going to keep my card because of the length of credit, however, I don’t really intend to give kohls any more of our money (maybe a candy bar on my kohls card every 6 months just to keep it active). They used to be the best for customer service, but that has gone by the wayside. Coupons aren’t valid on most items in the store, the lines are horrendous, they removed more than half of their registers, and customer service is awful. This is one store that I’m okay with going out of business based on their decisions. This was over $15 from a 20 year loyal customer.

Very unhappy and will never shop at…
Very unhappy and will never shop at Kohls again. Ordered a gift card as a birthday gift. It did not arrive. Used tracking information to find package. Message said it had been sitting at post office for several days waiting for pick up. After extended time on chat was told their staff failed and they had not gotten it to the post office. Requested refund. Denied. Now I have to go shopping before tomorrow to purchase a gift and will eventually, whenever their grossly incompetent staff decides to ship the gift card, have a gift card that I do not want and have no use for. Also, on chat was told I would have the option to complete a survey and provide feedback. It was cut off on their end without that opportunity. Imagine that.

If I could rate my experience a…-25
If I could rate my experience a negative I would! Recently we made a large purchase at kohls and received $150 in kohls cash. I physically was given the kohls cash at the time of purchase. Two days later I went to use it and it had a zero balance. I called customer service and and was told it was used in Glendora, California. I live in Kentucky! So as of right now nobody will refund my kohls cash and we keep getting the run around. I am about to take my full purchase back to kohls and never shop there again! This is not customer service and clearly they can see I didn’t use the kohls cash from across the us! This place is a serious joke!

Watch out for shipping charges
This is the first major department store I have encountered which does not cover shipping when an online purchase is returned in store. After speaking with customer service I was unable to get the shipping costs refunded. Even Amazon items which re not covered will refund shipping if you call them. I will never again shop this store.

Amazon returns to Kohl's (on TWO separate occasions) were not received, according to Amazon
TWICE I have taken Amazon returns to my local Kohl's and TWICE I was informed by Amazon that they had not been received! My experiences have caused high BP, stress, ruined vacation due to worrying, time wasted on driving back to Kohl's (twice), and I have been threatened with charges by Amazon because they said my items were not returned by Kohl's. Kohl's Customer Service did nothing but send me back to Amazon and Amazon sends me back to Kohl's and I'm stuck in the middle because someone did not do their job! I don't know who dropped the ball, but I would NEVER do business with Kohl's again nor return anything to Amazon through them based on my personal hellish experiences and lack of customer service!

I'm So Done With Kohl's...
I ordered a watch and they sent the wrong color. Was told to take the watch back for refund and Kohl's would honor the discounted price when i order a new one. Told Kohl's to send me a return label because the nearest Kohl's is 7miles away. The return label they sent would not print. I attempted to speak with a supervisor and was told none were available. That my information would be "sent" to one and I would receive a "call back", that never happened. Ended up having to drive 14 miles (round trip) to return watch at the physical store. Tried to reorder watch but did not receive a new 40% off discount, and lost my Kohl's cash because it expired the same day. More calls to Kohl's, more agents, more frustration! Only to, in the end, again be told that there was no supervisor to help me and that they could send one my info for a call back. I told the agent to forget it and that u will no longer be doing business with a company that i cannot trust to honor what they say and has no customer appreciation. Plenty more stores in this world with better customer service and integrity. One agent even told me that she was trying to do "ME" a favor by trying to honor what i was initially told, by trying to get me the previous price i paid, when KOHL'S SCREWED UP AND SENT ME THE WRONG COLOR WATCH. I don't NEED to spend my money with Kohl's. And at this point, I WON'T. I can understand why they're apparently experiencing financial decline...
