Doing my shopping online as usual and about to check out. I remembered my coupon that came on mail yesterday and its not good till the next day which is Veterans day. So i waited the next day to use the coupon. Only to find out that the brand i was buying is not included in the coupon and not only that, they jacked up the price from $19 to $24.. Cant even apply my 30% off when you use your Kohls credit card. What a big scam! Im done with Kohls!

I finally ordered online at Kohl's. The shoes I ordered were not as described. I returned them by mail because I don't have a Kohl's store near by. It cost me $10.80. That to me is ridiculous! I will not be ordering anything else!

I applied for a CC to pay for online items. I called the CC support because I have fraud protection on my credit report and must verify my info. z( I have done this other times with other companies with amazing customer service) 4 calls to customer service 1. call later 2 call later to talk to supervisor 3. transfer to supervisor who didn’t answer and had an inbox not set up 4. transferred to CC application dept. She said yes they have it but the review dept does not take calls so I will have to wait up to 30 days for them to reach out. I asked for other options. none. Filed a dissatisfaction complaint to CC support that answered the email to let me know support only supports existing issues and I have to resubmit to his department. That site makes it impossible to file a complaint. By far the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time.

Worst customer service ever. They charged my account 3x's and refused to reverse the charges unless I returned the items. Customer service was horrible and did not offer any support. I have been shopping here for years. This will be my LAST purchase.

Now men and women in same dressing room. No one monitor's the room. They have 2 places to pay for what you buy. They want you to ring up your stuff. That was a great place to shop, but no longer.

Not sure if they went downhill before or after they went woke. Either way, Kohl's is on the no go list for me these days. Stock and store reminds me more of a thrift shop than a "real" store. Also, adding what looks like fake prices to then reduce to a more standard price is laughable. Adding in politics, which no store (or company) should ever do, and I decided it is no longer a place to do business with.

The worst worst worst online and customer service. My orders have been cancelled 3 times in a row and they have no reason for the cancellation. When I requested to speak with the supervisor, I got hung up all 3 times. Please do not shop from Kohls

The worst online retailer I’ve ever dealt with! Order 6515273968 was done oct 29th. After 5/6 days in fulfillment I try to talk to someone but only end up with computer! The next day they send me a fake tracking number! The reason i say fake is because whatever product that tracking went to left my hometown and went up north! A month before I even ordered. It said delivered sept 1st in MN! Now can’t get no one that speaks English good on phone even if they answer. They are the worst and that is a ripoff!
