Been 4 months since I opened a credit card. Never received it. Really? Called multiple times to try to get it sent to no avail, but yet can send everything else. Shopping in the store is decent but, quite frankly, everything else reeks of incompetence. Account closed and a big middle finger given to these bozos. AVOID!

I just had a challenging experience with Kohl's. They sent me the wrong items on an online order. Then I had to spend 2 hours on the telephone trying to resolve this, between waiting on hold and sorting it out with the customer service agents. They would only give me a refund even though they had the items I wanted. The color description of the items kept changing on the website, but they were the same items. I ended up ordering the item at the store for pickup, which took much time waiting in line with inadequate staffing at the store. A big waste of time and very poor customer service policies.

Their shipping is ridiculous. It takes 2 to 3 weeks. And if you ordered more than one thing, it comes separately. They need to care a bit more or are going to lose a lot of customers

Well we went down there to buy some Christmas gifts, several in fact. However, nearly all the menswear lines had very poor size availability. Wanted 34/30 chinos and XL tops for men for the winter. They had no 34/30s and very few XL tops in the styles we looked at. Also no floor staff available to ask questions of, and had to wait in line for 20 minutes to check out one item. 6 pairs of white ankle socks for $19! Ridiculous price!!! Will be a long time before we go back!

Check orders before you send them out.

I purchased two items from Kohls online that I unfortunately needed to return. The packaging slip did not include the usual return label, only the packing note so I had to return the items at the local Kohls store which I did the other day. Much to my surprise and without being informed by the cashier they deducted a transaction fee from my return. I do not recall that ever happening in the past and definitely think I should have been told upfront. Likewise charging a return fee for a product bought from them is harsh. It's good to keep in mind next time a purchase is made online as other stores might have a better price once you add a possible return fee to the purchase price.

Using kohls cash for order so then shipping fees added! If you pay with kohls cash, they take away free shipping! Come on kohls ! That’s crappy policy! Just another way of ripping off your loyal customers.

My review is based upon customers and the ability of employees to do anything about awful individuals who blatantly break the law with no regard to right or wrong. It sickens me that employees can't do anything about shoplifters but say have a nice day when they are carelessly daring staff to stop them or tell management that they didn't pay for something and Kohl's says you can be fired for stopping them. The corporate rules for this store are horrendous and I would never feel comfortable shopping in the store with all of the people who hold no respect for the fact that stealing is wrong regardless of whether or not the store can stop you.
