My most recent experience with kohls.com. 2 packages not received. Mark as delivered. Not delivered to me. Kohls.com customer service told me to open a dispute with my credit card. I was a loyal customer. I’m done with them. So many other places to shop online.

Apparently when Kohl's sends your order to a store in a different state, all customer service can do to help you is cancel your order. I did that and my item was sold out in my size. I recommend Kohl's figures out how to help customers. Obviously, cancelling the order for me was not very helpful.

Ordered a blue backpack online and received a green one. Should be easy to fix, right? But no, I waste over 30 mins on the phone trying to get this resolved and best they can do is I either go to a store (I don't have a car and there's not a store super close by) or I spend $10 of my own money to ship the item back. They offered me Kohl's cash, but I'm never shopping here again. What kind of large retail company can't send you a prepaid return shipping label for their own mistake? I do not recommend shopping online with this company because they will not correct their mistakes.

One star is above actual rating I would give. Kohl's would NOT honor their coupon for one day 40% off. I have since called and CLOSED our account. They have no intentions on honoring their coupons.

Lady cashier, at Desert Ridge, Phoenix store, point blank lied when asking about this. Bought shirt using the Kohls cash. Shirt on sale $18; however, with Kohl's cash, the price of the shirt is raised to $30. Have spent a good deal at Kohls. The perc off is good; the kohls cash is very misleading!

I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING I ORDERED .I WAS GIVEN THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR UPS. I PERSONALLY WENT TO UPS AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. UPS SPENT 30 MINUTES TRYING TO SEE IF THEY( UPS) MADE A MISTAKE BUT NOTHING UNDER THE TRACKING NUMBER AND SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING UNDER MY NAME. AT LEAST UPS WAS KIND,SPENT TIME TRYING ANYTHING EVEN UNDER MY NAME. I ALSO GAVE UPS MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. NOT ONE THING.BUT I WILL PAY THE BLANKITY BLANK BILL TO PROTECT MY CREDIT. I GOOGLED KOHLS, SAW A PAIR OF SNEAKERS I LIKED ADVERTISED WITH THE PRICE THEN CLICKED ON THE SITE AND THAT SHOE NEVER CAME UP! THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE SHOE THAT WAS ADVERTISED! Kohl’s Deceptive Algebra used when applying “special” discounts AND Kohl’s Cash in a single purchase transaction As a Kohl’s credit cardholder, for well over 20 years, I was extremely frustrated (6/20/2026) after attempting to use the 2 day 40% off discount along with my Kohl’s cash ($67.99) AND even more so, after speaking with Kohl’s rude Customer Service representative AND her supervisor; the ‘representative’ rudely interrupted me and stated, “I’m trying to explain our policy”; her supervisor repeatedly declared “That’s our policy.” After receiving an email regarding a 2-day 40% off promotion, I excitedly selected discount applicable items in an attempt to redeem my Kohl’s cash before it expired, since I have unintentionally failed to redeem Kohl’s cash before the expiration date numerous times over the more than 20 years I’ve been a Kohl’s cardholder. My cart total was $69.93 prior to applying the 40% discount and $67.99 Kohl’s Cash; after applying, my cart total was $29.13 I assumed there was an error with the system, so I placed my call to Kohl’s Customer Service number. I find this “policy” deceptive and unfair…especially since the company proudly announces that you can earn the Kohl’s cash (KC) on purchases but not how you can spend it/that the window for spending the KC seems to close sooner. I have been a loyal Kohl’s customer for years and observed numerous changes such as: length of time for returns; coupon eligible items; brands available; and brands/items available in-store vs on-line as well as quality of customer service.
