I ordered a list of items. The first item keeps being returned because the address is insufficient! How is it possible receive an entire order and not receive the first item on the list. I wil be returning every item that I ordered and this doesn’t make me want to order from kohls again!

First time ordered items online and let me tell you this, this is the WORST by far. They split your account without your consent. After you submitted your payments online, they later email you that you MUST go to the local store and pick up items (which I didn't preferred to recommend). They will later send your one-time orders separately. Store associates will automatically tell you to call Kohl's.com. But then when you talk online, you're talking with some 3rd country customer service agents who don't understand/speak ENGKRIS, this is so annoying and disappointment. Kohl's president and the board should find a better way or they lose customers and they will end up like JCPenney and others. Wake up and don't sleep on your valued customer, Mr. Kohl's!!!!

My cyber ordering on line went very bad they shipped first order to wrong address and the online support did a reorder and still shipped to wrong address causing all my packages to be returned to kohls. The online support then told me I had to wait until all packages were delivered and then told me I would have to reorder after without sale price. Then when I called they hung up on me from recorded line called me back on blocked number and then said sorry we can’t help you. I will not order from kohls ever again sad because I am long time customer.

Ordered a holiday gift for my daughter which was an Amazon kindle kids tablet on sale for $74.99 on Black Friday & said delivery would be Nov 30-Dec 6. I still hadn’t received it Dec 10th so I called & they basically just told me to contact the third party courier which I’d never heard of called “OnTrac” I waited 2 days & finally got in contact with “OnTrac” which is only possible via text message. They confirmed that my package was indeed lost & then I was told to contact kohls again. Now I’m on my third phone call to kohls. I get an employee that tells me they can see my order was being re-routed back to their warehouse & I was told within 30 days of them receiving my order they’d provide me with a refund. That is absolutely ridiculous to make me wait potentially 30 days for an order they know I will not receive. I asked for a supervisor & he told me that it wasn’t his policy but Kohl's, no one was questioning whether he writes the policies for Kohl’s so that was a completely irrelevant statement but very clearly he did not want a negative survey for himself knowing that he was unable to provide anything close to a resolution. He then suggested I place a second order since it was a gift & give them even more of my money to then hope to receive that tablet, absolutely ridiculous to suggest but I had no choice. I asked for a different supervisor to call me back after an escalation & when we hung up I purchased another tablet from Amazon instead. Not even an hour later a different supervisor calls me back & says that if I don’t receive the tablet today, which we all know I will not, that they will process a replacement when I call back tomorrow. So not only are they now making me make 5 different phone calls but I don’t want a replacement because I was told I could only get a refund & to purchase another tablet. This supervisor told me that their policies had changed to which I questioned if it had changed in less than an hour & she then changed her story to just say the previous supervisor was wrong & I would not receive a refund only a replacement which would come after Christmas. The customer service is just the worst I’ve ever experienced on top of the fact that they didn’t even come close to resolving my issue. I’m not sure where we leave off now other than I will be posting this review where I can & will not be a customer of kohls ever again. What a mess of a company & a very clear lack of training on how to handle customers.

I placed an order for 105.60 on November 27th. They split it into 2 orders one oder is still waiting to be shipped and the other is stuck in Illinois since December 4th. These are Christmas presents. Kohls keeps telling me to wait. It would seem to me it's obvious they are not coming. Kohls won't refund my money so I can get something else. I will never buy from Kohls again!!!!!

I ordered an expensive electronic device which was to be delivered in several days. After over a week and the tracking number said it had not even been picked up I reordered the device for store pickup and got it the same day. I have been fighting them for weeks trying to get my money refunded but they only gave me a partial refund. I have had nothing but problems dealing with Kohl's and now I won't try again.

Ordered several items for Christmas online over a week ago. Everything was in stock at the time. They canceled one of the items saying it was now out of stock. I went back online to choose a different color. Said I would have to pay for shipping now because I didn't meet the minimum purchase price, even though I already did with my initial order. I decided to do the in store pick up because you guessed it, the item was in stock in the store. Once purchased the item is NOT in the store and will not be until after Christmas. I'm done with Kohl's.

Ordered 6 items online so I could get free shipping since pickup was not a good option because of distance. 30 mins later, I got an email saying 2 items were ready for pickup. Called customer service and told him that they were supposed to have been shipped, but I would try to pick up 2 items if I happened to get to that city, but not to cancel them. 30 mins later, I got an email saying they were cancelled. Then I got 2 items in the mail, but not the other 2 items. Called customer service again...they gave me the track#. It was a valid# but never picked up by the shipper. Never had such a bad experience with a Kohls online order, but am sure I won't order from them again.
