Why is it so hard to order online and to always have something damaged? I swear they just send you the stuff that other people have returned. Then, if Kohl’s cash is involved, they won’t exchange it even if it’s in the store. I am done ordering from Kohl’s.

I placed an online order on 12/13/23 to be shipped to Hayward CA. I ordered four Men's Tek Gear items and somehow the website sent one item to a store for pickup. I called and was told that I had to pick that item up or it would be cancelled. I said no to the pick up and the remaining items are suppose to be on the way to CA. Now the item that was cancelled is out of stock. UGH

Between items being dropped from my order, items going missing in shipment, items arriving too late I will never shop at kohls again. Customer service will not help you. They will say it is not in their power. Any issues you will be left to deal with on your own. They’ll try withholding refunds or not refunding the total amount. They are a scam.

I placed an order on November 30, 2023 and on December 18, 2023 I still do not have my order. It was for my grandson for Christmas. It tracked the order and it was suppose to come December 18th and nothing. I called the online customer service and the product I purchased is out of stock but it was not out of stock when they took my money and gave me a tracking number. Crooks at Kohls then I have to wait 7 days for a refund. What kind of business is Kohls running????? SCAMS at Kohls

I return shoes of $64 and they said I would get a refund but never did I call them twice and first time they said I would get a check on the mail but never did. I called again and they told me I already got the refund on my Khols card which they didn’t refund it they don’t have good customer service never shopping here.

Do not buy from them this store is scammers online it’s been almost a month still not got all my order and keeps getting lost by shipping got usps tracking. But my 1st order came by mail was only half of my order it’s been almost a month now fighting getting the rest shipping keeps losing it and I’m getting nothing but. Run around from customer service.. do not order from Kohl’s

Kohls Has Gone Way Down. I ordered two separate orders online. The first order was for 3, 2-piece outfits for my infant grandson. When I received the order, one of the outfits only had the pants. The plastic bag the outfit was supposed to be in was opened and missing the flannel top that matched the pants. I contacted Kohls ASAP and they did send a new outfit. The second order was for 3 necklaces. They were for my 3 daughters for an early Christmas celebration. The day before the celebration I opened the order and realized there was only ONE necklace ($225 price for each before any discounts btw). I was heartbroken! I always get my girls something special from "momma" at Christmas and I only had one. I double-checked online and it verified that I ordered three, and was charged for 3! I called customer service immediately and the call went to an overseas call center. The connection was terrible and the gentleman who answered could only say that he would check to see if he could have the other necklaces shipped to me. Of course, it would be too late to give to them in person, but it was something at least. Then he gave me the news that there were not any left in stock. That Kohls, (in both scenarios), shipped less than what was ordered AND what was PAID FOR says a lot about their business practices. I received no notice to let me know that I was only getting a partial order, and no credit given to my payment. Obviously, wherever and whoever is filling the orders (packing, etc.) are derelict in their duties. In addition, not having a person who could understand and rectify the situation shows that Kohls is no longer a good customer service retailer. They have lost my business for good.

I ordered tan shoes for my grandson's Christmas present. I received black shoes. They resent my order with another pair of black shoes. Then had the oddasity to offer me $5 Kohl's cash. I am really disappointed with Kohls.Order number 6536466391
