Call to pay off card the automated system takes all your information then you get to talk to a person and they want to know all your information at the automated system. Just gave you all you’re trying to do is make a payment. they want your blood when all you’re trying to do is make the payment. I had to swear this is the worst store ever their customer service in the store sucks they all act like it makes ass tired to do anything for customer. I am so done with Kohl’s. Worst store ever.

Where do I start So I used a percentage of today purchasing an item. I learn the shirt size won’t fit for the person I bought it for I go to return it and am denied the 40% coupon back , even though I purchased the item on the same day. How much loss would Kohls have suffered if they had given me the 40% off coupon back? The manager even refused to return the coupon! Stores like TARGET is the place to shop. They definitely honor their customers! Because they know that one coupon could bring them more profit too ! ( The other Kohls I had purchased an item said the item) clearances brush set ) I wanted to gift my grandchild was not included with the discount coupon I had . “ because it was a personal item “ no where in the coupon this was stated!! ) what a JOKE!! I would have gladly gone and bought different maybe a higher priced item had they returned my coupon They’d surly have made the profit And I asked so I have to keep the item. And the manager rudely replied” YES”. Losers . Penny wise pound foolish. That’s Kohls Motto ! Very poor customer service. No kohls for Me again Xl After reading many of The other customers reviews, one would think Kohls management would change their attitude. I guess not. I just closed my Kohls account. (As Is they even care ) pppffft

KOHLs Cash is not adding up right. I’m online with 1 item in my cart for $270 using a 40% coupon which would give me $108 off bringing the total to $162 with taxes being $9.72 the new total is now $171.72 with free shipping. I go to put my $15.00 kohls cash onto this transaction and the discount totals $117 with the Kohls cash. My discount should have been $108 plus $15 kohl cash which is $123. You are only give me credit of $9.00 for my kohls cash did the other $6.00 go towards my free shipping. I will never shop at Kohls again. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Everyone needs to get smart and start calculating their transactions when using KOHLS CASH.

Just recently paid off my Kohls charge credit card about 700 felt great, they had just raised my limit to 1500, which also felt great, then without warning ban they cancel and close my account. Called them and they claim they have no idea why it was closed. But then to re-open the account they want to run my credit, why my account was zero balance and was just doubled in available credit. So they refused to reopen my account unless I let them run my credit. They just lost my wife and me as customers. We have been customers for about 20 years.

I was in kohls today. I had got a 30% off coupon so I went to do some shopping. It was pretty terrible. Kept seeing things I liked for my son's birthday and granddaughters birthday but so much is excluded . Almost everything I looked at was either excluded or I was unsure if it was excluded. I spent absolutely forever trying to find items that I liked that weren't excluded. Totally more trouble then what it's worth. Not going to shop at kohls anymore. It used to be fun. Now just a hassle

At the Flint Kohls, Kim has got to be the rudest, nastiest cashier. She scolded an employee in front me, telling her i didnt get to use my discount when I clearly could. The red headed cashier apologized, even offered to get a manager, but i refused. She is ALWAYS rude and I don't care that she's been there 22 years, she should know how to treat people. Kohls no longer cares about keeping their customers happy. I shredded my Kohls card and will NEVER shop there again

Kohl's has systematically added more and more of its retail items to the "cannot use coupon for this item" list. Last order they sent 5 items to my house and sent one item to curbside pickup. What was once my favorite clothing store is now my least favorite. I got rid of my Kohl's card and will no longer buy from them. They need to bring back the bargains, they need to give full refunds on returned merchandise instead of Kohl's Cash coupons, or they will be the loser.

Used to shop here a lot as it was affordable with a 20 or 30% off. Now more than half of their items are excluded from the discount. You can get much better deals at Macy's Target and NY &Company.
