Every time I go to the store on N Valle Verde, there is always something going wrong. This time the cashier said that her computer froze and they would have to ring everything up again. The second time coming up for a cheaper price. Well, my kohls card was charged twice and what makes it worse is the two different prices and we all know how it makes it look. Apparently, according to customer service on the phone, she had charged me twice for a handbag. Double charging happens a lot at this store and I warn anyone who shops there to give your items one at a time and watch closely. I feel that by doing this, employees can then take items out of inventory at a later time for themselves. And if they say the computer froze, just gather everything and go straight to customer service desk. Do Not let them ring you up again.

I'm very upset Kohl's is being very sneaky to get you to shop they advertise clearance price and let you pick it out but then they charge you full price some people won't notice it and they'll pay that amount as I told the representative I value my dollar so Kohl's I'm very disappointed in the way you post your sales due to the fact as I stated y'all are very sneaky and charge full price for something that is supposed to be on clearance. .

Kohl’s was my favorite concerned customer. store
Kohl’s was my favorite store. Sonoma and other fine brands always available excellent choices in the clothing line. I spent more than two hours in your store to discover nothing but disappointment. I do not know what’s going on with the buyers. Perhaps you need to replace those people. Because they are ruining your reputation. I went in there with a gift card and ended up wasting more than half of it on kitchen towels because I wanted to just buy something. Which by the way are over priced how sad.

Experience has gotten worse
Experience has gotten worse. No customer service around. One cashier open most of the time and always a line. It seems the prices are very expensive compared to the value of the clothes. Everything is polyester. You cannot find any cotton clothes or a blend and the clothes don’t last long. Please start selling cotton and organic cotton.

Kohl's mistake not mine...not an easy return!
I placed an order that was for a total of 4 comfortable workout type shorts. Kohl's decided to ship in 2 packages, 2 shorts in each. First two pairs arrived within days of order...these were correct and met my expectations! A good start!!! Then the second package arrived. Not such a good experience, as the items inside weren't what I ordered. As a matter of fact, one of the items inside wasn't even close to the right size or color or even shorts. I did chat with an online rep that said she would process a refund. With inventory being low on the items that I ordered, I am not able to reorder the items as was suggested by the online rep. And even if I had been able, they were part of a larger order that met the "Free Shipping" option. Reordering 2 pair of shorts now, would not qualify for Free Shipping unless I ordered more...yah, that isn't happening. I now am awaiting a refund to my credit card, and have to drive to the local store to return (a 26 mile round-trip). Would have been easier if I could have gotten a return label
via email and sent back and got refund. Convenience of online purchasing isn't here.

Not my "Go To" any More
Kols used to be a great place to shop but not anymore, the prices are off the wall (knit pants for women $48.00????). Everywhere I look items are "buy one get one 50%" which is just a gimick to get you to buy 2 but it isn't working. Most items you couldn't possibly want 2 of. Inventory in stores is very low and you can't uses % off on toys (which are already higher than other retail stores). I would also love to have my instore purchase visible on the web site like Walmart & Target have. I can see why they are having probelems but the high prices are not going to help them since store turnout is low.

Self pickup might be a great idea if it…
Self pickup might be a great idea if it was properly organized, but at KOHLS, it ain’t!
I placed my online order and opted for self pickup because it saved me $5. If my opt in process told me to wait until I was notified by email that my order was ready, I never saw the notification. So, I went to my store on the second day of the multi-day period my order confirmation told me my items would be ready, and guess what: I needed an email notice that the items were ready. Since I didn’t have this, pickup was impossible. So I waited the ENTIRE pickup period confirmed to me in my order, and upon rechecking the order to find out if I’d misread the confirmation, I discovered the pickup period had moved ahead in time by 3 to 6 days. So, I waited again. Finally I receive an email telling me my item is in and I should visit the store to claim it. Realizing I might need the bar code at the bottom of my email, I took a screen shot of the email so it could be opened in my phone and visited the store the next day. KOHLS instruction said I would need the email in the store, so I accessed the screen shot once I reached the store. Guess what, a photo of the email won’t work because KOHLS requires an interactive screen to access the item called a pickup pass. Well here’s the thing KOHLS: I DO NOT ACCEPT EMAIL ON MY PHONE for a host or reasons. If I can’t access the interactive screen, I can’t self pickup! I need an associate, so there’s no time saving in this process for me and no incentive for me to use it in the future. The associate when finally came to help me couldn’t understand why I would want here to communicate my problem to people up the delivery chain so (MAYBE) text messages might be a better option for self pickup customers. As things stand, I will not use this option again. If KOHLS gains something—time or service quality or delivery efficiency—from a self pickup option, KOHLS had better find the bugs in the system and fix them before everyone gives up on using it.

I used to go to Kohls
I used to go to Kohls, because they had really good sales on Saturday. They actually had sale prices and additional coupons, so it was pretty good.
For some reason, ( felt like during covid) they stopped these sales. As time goes on, they no longer have real sales, prices have increased and there’s less selection.
I stopped in today ONLY because my brother gave me a gift card for Christmas. There was an additional 15% coupon so I bought two shirts from the clearance section even though they were still overpriced!! ($70 bucks for 2 shirts on clearance?!?)
When i got to the cashier she said the coupon doesn’t work on clearance any longer. I almost left them but I wanted to use the gift card so I’ll never have to go back.
Very disappointing. Bye bye Kohls
