I woukd give zero if I could. Do not buy from this company. Paid £24.99 for earrings that never arrived. I have sent repeated emails for refund but they have yet to reply so avoid at all costs

Cheap quality, plastic and nickel which is harmful to skin. Took over 3 weeks to arrive from China, look elsewhere, do not buy.

DO NOT USE!!! My item was dispatched 2 months ago, they are refusing to refund even though they’ve admitted they put the incorrect address on the parcel!

Jewelry took a long time to arrive ... from China. Very poor quality. I will never wear the earrings.

Would give zero stars if that was possible. Earrings were described as vintage but in fact were cheap, shiny and definite not vintage. Difficult to get a refund as I was asked to send back to China registered post.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASE Wish I had ! I bought 2 sets of earrings and a ring. Earrings cheap costume type jewelry received, not silver as described, ring still waiting for it. Contacted the company, eventually offered 10% discount off next order, or return items at my expense to China (when a UK address was originally shown). Not worth the hassle or the cost. Disappointed!!! Have learnt a hard lesson.

The Koala Jewellery site is a complete scam. Plastic jewellery photographed to look high quality and there is no gold or 925 silver in sight! Don’t use this company, you will pay good money for rubbish quality which has no real value.

As so many other reviewers are saying, I wish I had read the reviews first and never ordered in the first place. I waited for a very long time for some very sub standard earrings which arrived with no backs/butterflies so no means of keeping them in the ear! I emailed Koala who asked for a photo, which I sent and they are now asking me to start a returns process, at my own expense. Having read the reviews on here tho I am going to spare myself the hassle, draw a line and just write it off as a bad experience. To anybody reading this tho who may be considering ordering from Koala Brands: DON’T DO IT!!!
