While I don’t know the names of those who helped me, each representative was exceedingly helpful in helping me re-order the Advantage my pet needed even though we had a slight glitch. They stuck with me, each one was knowlegeable.

This is the first time I'm using Koala, and let me tell you, living on the countryside of NC makes it difficult to pick up my dog's medicine. With Koala, our lives became easier; we do not need to be worried about the medicine. They shipped and delivered it on time, and it's much more affordable than the vet's office.
