I discovered Koala Health after my Vet partnered with them for pharmacy. My older pup, Violet, is newly on expensive heart medication and finding ways to get the best price possible is now a mission. On my initial order with Koala, I received a nice discount for 90 days of chewable tablets. I easily placed the order, and was pleasantly surprised when they called to ensure that I received a full 90 day prescription. They were friendly, knowledgeable and seemingly wanted to help me get the most bang for my buck. The package arrived quickly and when it did, it had a cute little bandana in it with Koala's on it for Violet to support along with a little welcome note. Anyone who has fur babies that treat them like little humans in fur coats knows how much a little card with your pups name on it means! While I am only one prescription in with Koala, my first experience was exceptional.

It was easy to order my dog's flea medication. Shipping was very fast.

I love having an option to buy this product for my two frenchies from Koala Health instead of Amazon and others. The price point is fabulous since I have both dogs on it I need two boxes. Y’all are great communicators when inventory was low you kept me informed. Thanks from a very happy customer
