I guess I must have gotten slightly lucky with my order as I'm now reading all the awful reviews. First off I've only ordered once for their Halloween line, cute themed undwear for about 35 bucks plus a pj set. The material all seem fine and soft, I actually haven't been able to wear them yet due to shark week but they all seem fine. However I had two issues with my order the first being the packaging, mine was ripped open. Its literally paper. It doesn't come in those hard to rip bubble packaging no it literally comes in a white paper package that was easily ripped open. Very lucky everything was still inside. And two the pajama set I got was an XL, you can't go higher than this. Now I'm a Size 38D and I've worn xls all my life but the top to the ghost pajamas is skin tight! It fits me more like a large than any XL I've ever worn. I can't even do the boob thing where you can put fabric under your boobs for comfort, their sizing is off. At this point thats all I have for issues, hopefully the panties work out but they really need to get better sizing and packaging.

I had ordered three different sets. One was a one-piece lingerie set and the other two were two pieces. I definitely should have a sized up. The bras were slightly tight and so were the bottoms, but still wearable. The one piece even though I had ordered it in the same size as everything else was impossible to get on. After reading the website which I should have done before, I now know I cannot return items even if they do not fit you can only change your sizing on your profile. The two, two pieces were okay and I will try wearing them but due to the fact that they were slightly tight I could not wear them for long periods of time but they should be able to get the job done. The company themselves seem kind of impersonable I would not deal with this company again.

Really disappointed, considering the quality of their marketing. What has arrived is poor quality material, loose threads everywhere and the sizing is waaaaaay off. No use at all, and they don’t offer returns or exchanges on anything (even bralettes). I wish I read reviews first. Lesson learned. I would absolutely not use this retailer again.

I have received my parcel and I actually cannot believe what has arrived. The quality of the product is crap and the sizing is AWFUL I ordered as per your size guide and yet not even a nipple is covered by the so called bra and bodysuit....if you increase the circumference of a bralette and bodysuit why not increase the size of the fabric thats meant to cover your nipple at least....WHICH IT DOES NOT? Your brand is actually a joke if you think Its inclusive or good I'd like a refund as this is absolutely unacceptable I am super disappointed with my experience. I've opened a PayPal case as they're refusing a refund and or a resolution.

Absolutely horrible! Items arrived and they are cheap Chinese rubbish. Sizing is questionable and when some of my items arrived with holes and not stitched correctly they told me to stitch it up but would send a replacement. After washing (hand washing) additional items as I wouldn’t trust how clean anything is nowadays! They pretty much started to unravel in my hands. I asked for a refund for the set I was already questioning them about and they said they do not offer refunds as all sales are final. Completely ignoring customer's satisfactory rights. I have raised with PayPal and would caution anyone to buy from them. I was so hopefully as they show models of all shapes and sizes but they are just trying to cash in.

Absolutely awful company. Terrible customer service, I placed my order on 20.09.22 and it was stated on the order confirmation that I would be updated by EMAIL when my shipment was ready and when it was dispatched. I received nothing of the sort, and after chasing the delivery nearly 2 weeks after ordering, they requested I send a bill or bank statement to prove my address? I did not feel comfortable with this and requested a refund at this point. It was then revealed that they had dispatched my order and did have a tracking number after all, and my parcel was delivered (AKA left outside my house open to the elements) last FRIDAY (5 DAYS AGO) in the pouring rain. I cannot comment on the quality as I have yet to try on, however this customer service experience has been abysmal and I will never order from this shoddy company again. Oh and don't forget, they don't do refunds regardless of whether you have actually received your parcel or not. Sham company and so badly organised. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Underwear sizing runs small and anything bra related is wrong. Don't waste your money
