Knotty KnickersReviews of knottyknickers.co

Unfortunately very poor quality underwear. Extremely long shipping process. The only reason for an extra star aas the customer service member was helpful when I asked about where my order was. Disappointed and won't buy again.

Yikes on the shipping. 11 business days came and went. Product eventually arrived but the store plays games by marking it shipped within a few days of the order but not actually shipping for weeks. Price of the undies are dirt cheap. Despite that, I wouldn’t order again due to shipping practices.

I knew $1.25 a pair, not to expect miracles, but didn't expect them to fall apart on the first day. Also, the majority of the lace ones they sent are too scratchy to wear.

The reason they flaunt how cheap their undies are is because its made with BAD/CHEAP material. I ordered the pink surprise pack. Immediately opening the packages and feeling the material, I knew it was not going to be something I'd enjoy wearing. All undies given are made out of spandex and polyamide. This is an immediate red flag for me when talking about undies. Although polyamide may be a little breathable, it is a synthetic fiber and not the same as cotton, which is what underwear SHOULD be made out of for women. Most of the styles they gave me were not cute at all(IMO), and half of them were fully sheer, lace, or g-string underwear I will have to throw out / donate, because they are just not practical for me. I can't be too upset about the styles and type since I ordered the mystery pack; however, I really was hoping for a little better quality. They must heavily filter their reviews as, I was under the impression that they were good quality and well liked. I definitely should have checked reviews outside of the website BEFORE buying.

So, the begin with i was happy with my order. They sent me an incorrect pair and rectified it without much hassle. After 4 months there are issues with the product i.e faulty seams. I brought this up with support and was told any issues should have been reported within 5 days. Was told that basically their garments aren't meant to last. Wouldn't use this company again. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Money could be better spent elsewhere.

The order took quite a while but eventually got here - the fabric quality is all over the place, some are good, others you can tell are going to fall apart. The worst part is the sizing, it’s all over the place, 2 pairs straight up don’t fit, 2 fit great and 2 are just lopsided in terms of their construction.

I am not sure I will ever buy anything from this company again. First, they do not have an inventory system, so if something you like is out of stock, you're out of luck. They offered a few options and I opted for the "surprise me with an item of equal value" option and the items I received as substitutes were $4 less than what I paid for. Then, their customer service is terrible. You will never get the same person, even with the same chain of emails as you begin with. Further, they claim they are Knotty USA, but the items ship from Canada and take quite a while to get to you.

It's been a little over two weeks and I'm still waiting for my order.
