Trying to find out what shipping company you use to ship to Australia Have had no response from email Your link in my email only says other not the shipping company name

IF I could leave a minus rating I would. How I wish I'd read the reviews first. We're being scammed for trying to improve a very painful health issue. When the 2 sleeves eventually arrived, they were the MOST uncomfortable item I have ever tried. They exacerbated my knee pain. There are long and very strong rods along the outsides of the "sleeve" making them almost impossible to wear two together. They are also poor quality The company do not answer emails (Oh but you do get bombarded with spam from Jennifer.......) and when they eventually condescended to reply to my request (7 emails later) for a refund...NO problem, send them back to America. AT OUR OWN COST.......BEWARE They are made and sent from China, not USA as stated and have a return UK address but you can't send them there. The value of the product is clearly marked on the envelope at £4.32...... NOT the whopping price we're charged. I am now waiting for my refund.. Paypal here I come This is a very devious and unreliable company to deal with.... Since writing this review I've actually had a phone call from a senior customer services manager at Amrelieve. We had a long and fruitful chat and I hope he has taken note of my comments. They have processed my refund IMMEDIATELY but he was still unable to refund the postage (£5). Instead he has gifted me a $100 deep tissue massager......(!!!!!) It does pay to complain. I would now give them a revised 2* for (eventual) customer service

Do not buy off these guys. Fraudulent company selling fake goods Can’t even get my money back. They told me to post it back to USA tracked. It will cost me more than this has cost me

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I NOTIFIED THEM WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF MY PURCHASE STATING THAT I WANTED TO RETURN MY PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WORKING AS ADVERTISED. I CALLED THEM10 TIMES AND EMAILED 3 TIMES STATING THAT I WANTED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. THEY SAID THEY EMAILED PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS TO ME. NEVER RECEIVED IT. GAVE THEM A DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS. NEVER RECEIVED IT. IN TOTAL THEY SAID THEY SENT ME 4 EMAILS WITH RETURN INSRTUCTIONS TO 2 DIFFENENT EMAIL ADDRESSES. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS, I WOULD!

Although there were problems about return of goods to begin with The problems were sorted out successfully In the end UK business runs OK but our government bodies could really do with an input of USA know how and the ability to see the bigger picture Any one want to move to the UK and fix it for us. Our government bodies forget what they are there for- to service the general public

I purchased 3 pairs of socks to help relieve nueropathy but although the socks arrived quite quickly they were far too small and tight. I need to use a sock aid because I cannot bend over due to a back problem. I explained this to the company which so far has refused to answer my request/s for an address label so that I can return the socks for a refund. So far I've sent 3 e-mails regarding order #1656-8088 but to date no response whatsoever. I am disgusted as such bad customer treatment.

Don’t do business with this company. I paid money for one of their products but they sent me the wrong size. I sent emails asking if I could return it but they were ignored
