Yes, I think they are the worst. My First time taking malta airline & the last. I don't want to say that they are racistes but I have travelled in lot of places with the same carry on that I took to this trip. The airline decided on my way back that I have to pay for my carry on without even weighing it. I have seen other carry on the same size or bigger & they decided just by looking at me that I have to pay for my carry on that I didn't have to pay on my way there.

They are just a company to scam the passengers, never again to fly with them.

$500 to check 3 bags for a family (mostly kids stuff). Then these clowns don’t even have power or headrests on the flight itself. What a joke!

It is the worst airlines you ever seen in your life bad Customer Service long lines don’t even try to book a ticket with them even if it’s really cheap you regret it. if I have the option to not give them one Star, I will do it.

Esta aerolínea es horrible, si alguien me preguntara le recomendaría duramente q evitara viajar con ella. Llegue a malta el domingo por la mañana con cuatro amigas más. Al llegar a la cinta para recoger las maletas nos llevamos la grata sorpresa de que tres de cinco maletas no habían llegado, entre las faltantes la mía. Hoy es nuestro tercer día aquí de los seis que vamos a estar y solo nos han devuelto una de las tres. Es penoso que por culpa de una aerolínea, que por si fuera poco hay que estarles detrás para que te den la información de donde han dejado tus maletas, estés estresado los días de vacaciones por su culpa. No es menor la poca ayuda que te ofrecen para solucionar el problema en el puesto que está donde las cintas pues lo único que saben hacer es decirte que llegará al día siguiente cuando ni lo saben. Nos dieron un número de teléfono para contactar con ellos pero se lo podían haber ahorrado ya que hemos llamado una y otra vez y no lo han cogido ni una en estos tres días. Deplorable. Lo único bueno que tiene la aerolínea es el chico que se encuentra en información (Julián) quien al menos supo respondernos a las preguntas que le hacíamos. No recomiendo para nada esta aerolínea y espero q me llegue la maleta antes d tener que marchar de vuelta a mi país. Un saludo.

Even if I bought flexible ticket, I couldn't change or cancel on time as their contact number is so busy or contact person has very strong accent and you can't understand what they say, and when you say that you can't understand, they hang up the phone right away.and you wait another hour to reach someone with more clear accent. Awful! Very disappointing! Never ever!!!

Good travel starts with an airline that doesn’t abandon its passengers. KM Malta Airlines has done exactly that. We have been stranded at FCO since last night by KM Malta Airlines. Today, they rebooked our family of four onto economy tickets even though we originally paid for business class. Their solution is to accept the economy tickets and pay extra for our overweight luggage, even though our original business tickets included the baggage allowance we used when we flew from Malta to Rome. What is most disappointing is the way they have handled a problem entirely of their own. A complete lack of basic customer service and hanging up on their customers just because so many are phoning to resolve their situation. Take my advice and don’t use this airline. You’re better off flying with any other airline as they wouldn’t ignore you.
