Worst airline Company ever. I booked Teo Plane tickets for my co-workers. At Malta Airport they said that their reservation didn't include Any kind of 10kg hand luggage. they didn't sent Any kind of receipt to the firm email adress. And they couldn't figure It out from their software nor the boarding passes. They had to pay 40€ each to Load the luggage, not cabin space. Also their site Sucks and Is nòt user friendly.

The worst airline ever. A bunch of thieves and liars, order a ticket that includes a trolley, then at the airport they tell you it doesn't include it and demand payment and threaten not to put you on the flight if you don't pay an exorbitant price of 50 euros for a trolley, ugh never again, the company is ruining this wonderful country's tourism business, I will never return to Malta because of their disgusting airline. Update: after we pay they didn’t let us take the carry on bags with us and force us to send it to hold. Such a bad service and such a horrible customer service experience I never saw something like that in my life. They just lie to your face without blinking an eye.

Is this airline a budget airline or a fully fledged carrier? Don’t ask them as they won’t know. If you buy your ticket for the flight through a third-party and then try and buy extra luggage you’ll find that this is impossible to do and you have to spend about 40 minutes in a queue waiting to speak to an operator who in turn tries to charge you an additional charge for not using an online facility!! The website is short of useless, plagued with functional problems The seats onboard the aircraft are in a poor state and the food offering dire. We were flying in business and you’d have thought something edible would have been possible… clearly not The cabin crew clearly had long forgotten about how to serve the public and require a major refresher course … they had no idea how to work as a team … short of useless The only plus point I can say about the whole flight experience was on the ground at Heathrow where business class passengers are given access to the excellent Gulf lounge at terminal 4 I imagine the biggest asset this company possesses is the landing rights they have at Heathrow. With the service level, on the ground and in the air, we experienced, very much doubt if they will be in business in another six months which actually would be a blessing

The worst experience ever: they basically scam their customers. When you buy the tickets it’s not stated clearly that you HAVE to check in the 10kg luggage and are not allowed to take it into the cabin. But it gets even more ridiculous, you are not aware of it as flying from Munich we took our 10kg luggage into the cabin and everything was fine (I assume there is some legal rules which don’t allow Air Malta to scam the passengers right away), so on the way back from Malta everything looks great until the boarding starts and there is an employee with a pay machine at the gate telling you that your ticket class doesn’t allow you to take the luggage with you and until you pay 25€ you won’t board, and after you paid you are still not allowed to take the luggage into the cabin. It’s called Economy VALUE- should be renamed into Economy SCAM. And if you booked Business VALUE - you‘ll be admitted to the business lounge in Munich as usual but in Malta, you won’t because you are flying Business VALUE (SCAM) class. Shame on you KM Airlines, I am sure through this practice, you‘ll make more loss then profit.

We left for Malta from Brussels on 25/08/2024, our flight was booked with 2x 10kg Checked baggage + specified seats. For a total of 542,88 euros. In brussels we passed check-in with our checked luggage a small backpack and a small trolley within the size they give on the website: 40x34x18. No problems in Brussels to board. On the day of our return, suddenly with the exact same luggage setup they tell us we can't board with the trolley because it's not booked for. ??? Then why did they let us leave in Brussels without issue. At the check-in they send us to the customer service desk where 2 other groups of people were already arguing about luggage issues as well. We were charged 40 euros for a small trolley that weighed about 5kg containing my camera gear and some souvenirs. I received a confirmation e-mail that stated I paid 40 euros for 15kg of cabin hand luggage. This is simply grand theft. We were already advised beforehand that a lot of airlines have strict rules about luggage so we made sure beforehand to comply to said rules. But in the end it seems you get ripped off anyway.

Buonasera, vi scrivo per raccontare un episodio spiacevole verificatosi ieri presso l'aeroporto di Malta. Ho acquistato un biglietto aereo di ritorno da Malta(Km Malta Airlines), per due persone, con insieme un bagaglio da 10kg per persona. Al momento della prenotazione e sulla carta d'imbarco nessuna specifica sul fatto che il bagaglio era da stiva, pertanto, e come noi tantissime persone, abbiamo portato il bagaglio con noi per metterlo in cappelliera ma l'hostess di terra dell' aeroporto si è presentata con un pos facendo pagare l'importo di 25€ ad ogni passeggero. Non mi sembra serietà considerando che avevamo già pagato il bagaglio ed inoltre, così come fanno altre compagnie aeree, anche sulla carta d'imbarco viene specificato se il bagaglio è da stiva oppure no, mentre la vostra compagnia si limita a stampare sulla carta d'imbarco la tariffa pagata da dove si evince, a dire loro e per chi ne è informato, se il bagaglio è da stiva o da cappelliera. Questa è una politica scorretta per accaparrare denaro in maniera non onesta. Ci siamo trovate costrette a pagare 25€ io e 25€ mia sorella perché diversamente avremmo dovuto lasciare il bagaglio in aeroporto.

Peggior compagnia con cui io abbia mai viaggiato. Aerei vecchissimi e posti a sedere veramente stretti. Personale a dir poco scortese. Il colmo è stata la truffa del bagaglio da 10kg che al momento dell'acquisto non viene specificato essere da imbarcare. Al gate multa di 25€ senza alcuna spiegazione da parte del personale. MAI PIÙ.

Terrible experience. Worst company. I requested a small cup of water they told me i needed to pay. They made me pay a luggage that wasnt necessary to pay in previews company ( air malta )
