Comfortable airline for a small island like this. Staff was good and flight was descent. I liked it and also the livery.

I am a frequent flyer with KM Malta, reading the very low rate of KM reviews, I must say that I am a bit surprised. I never had any issues with the company. I have been reading problems with getting access to customer service or impossibility to modify reservation through the website on line. Both issue I never experienced personally. Dunno which numbers or link some passengers were using. Hopefully will never have to find myself in the positions to join the queue of the unhappy customers

Great food and very friendly service

A group of friends and myself have just returned from Malta, we had a great experience with KM Malta via London Heathrow T4. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of legroom and service on board was excellent. Checking in at Heathrow was slow, not sure how many flights were checking in at the same time so more desks would have been helpful. After reading other reviews before we flew, we were worried, but we had no reason to as we had a good experience and would definitely fly KM Malta again.

We had a great experience with KM Malta, we flew business class from Heathrow to Malta. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We have never been served so much food on a flight before, which was of high quality and served on a large tray with a decorative china plate. There was plenty of legroom and service on board was excellent. Both the lounges at Heathrow and Malta airport were good. After reading other reviews before we flew, we were worried, but we had no reason to as we had an excellent experience and will definitely fly KM Malta again.
