Scam!!! Ze laten je bij terugkeer €100 extra betalen voor handbagage die bij het heengaan perfect in orde was. Aan de gate direct te betalen of je vliegt niet mee. Nooit meer Malta Airlines voor ons!!!

Echte scam maatschappij. Bij terugkeer blijkt dat de handbagage in het ruim moet voor €25 per stuk. Wij betaalden dus €100 aan de gate of we konden niet mee op het vliegtuig. Schandalig en ruikt naar scam. Nooit meer Malta airways dus.

Is a really bad airline , I suggest u take other airlines rather km Malta, because our luggage got missing and they did not do anything about it . I will never 👎 take this airline again

Flight from LHR to Malta and back to LHR Be prepared for long check in Q at any of KM Malta , too slow staff , not even a bottle of 300 ml water on board , you will pay for it , likely you don’t pay for using the plane toilet , more than usual turbulences , ground staff are horrible specially from Malta international airport , booked my ticket included 20 KG cargo bag and 10KG hand bag , my cargo bag was 23KG and I had no hand bag , so I was still within my allowance but the ground staff insisted to charge me €60 extra for having 3KG extra , so I opened my cargo bag and moved some trainers into a carrier bag and get it sorted ✔️, she was so shocked because she couldn’t scam me! They wait you do any mistake to charge you . It’s the only airline goes direct from LHR to Malta so I had limited choice , but I am not happy about this standard .

The ticket prices and what is included is deliberately vage so they can charge you extra when boarding the plane. We paid extra to take our small carry on bags with us on board but when we got to the plane they made us pay extra to put them in the the hold after all. It feels like a scam.

Arrived to airport just to find out that flight is overbooked and the only chance to get on would be if someone didnt show up. Luckily got on the flight, but of course not my luggage. Strongly advise against
