Everything went well with no delays, easy boarding and a great crew. Pity you offer snacks only on this flight, I was into a warm meal to buy, but this was not possible. Overall experience this time was good.

KM Malta Airlines has taken over Malta…
KM Malta Airlines has taken over Malta Airlines, but is still entitled to use this brand name. I have had excellent customer Service from them. My ticket was purchased just before the takeover. I had terrible service until KM Malta Airlines took over. Then suddenly they took care of everything that needed attention. They even phoned me in England to confirm they had done so. I needed to talk to them several times. They were always helpful and pleasant. I am looking forward to flying with them now.
