On November 17th, I took a flight from Malta to Madrid Barras and was extremely humiliated by an attendant at the Malta boarding gate. I had already paid for the luggage when I bought the ticket, but I didn't check at check-in that the luggage should have been checked in. I was only informed at boarding that I should have checked the luggage in the hold, and they charged me an EXTRA fee for a bag I had already paid to take with me. Up to that point, okay, because I acknowledge that I was wrong in wasn't paying attention, and I was asked to pay for the bag again. However, I only had the money in cash, and the attendant humiliated me, saying I wouldn't be allowed to board unless I paid the required amount EXCLUSIVELY BY CARD. I didn't have any money on my card at that moment. I filmed that irritating woman humiliating me, telling me to get a card or I'd have to travel without the bag I'd already paid for. I had 2,000 euros in cash in my hand, and she was treating me like a beggar, preventing me from paying in cash and preventing me from boarding. A completely unprepared woman! Cash is accepted everywhere in the world, but that ***** wouldn't let me board because she demanded payment BY CARD! This is a total abuse by the airline! In the end, someone in line took pity on me and used their card to pay for the bag AGAIN!

Pire compagnie aérienne de ma vie. Je n'ai pas de mots pour dire à quel point cette compagnie est une arnaque et des voleurs. Si vous avez le choix prenez une compagnie quitte à payer un peu plus cher, évitez à tout prix cette compagnie. Ils vous font payer des frais sans raison, on est pas loin du racket. Un scandale et une honte pour une compagnie nationale. A fuir et à éviter autant que possible.

Bei einem Flug zwischen zwei Ländern sollten beide Landessprachen möglich sein und nicht nur Maltesisch und Englisch. Die mobile App ist absoluter Müll. Einchecken kaum möglich, erst nach den 10. Versuch und dann gibt es keine mobile Bordkarte. Steht immer auf checkin. Screenshot beim Sitzplatzreservieren sind die einzige Lösung. Nie wieder diese Fluggesellschaft.

La pire compagnie aérienne ... coût des bagages exorbitant, absolument pas compréhensif. Vous propose de rajouter les bagages sur leur site web jusqu'à 5h avant le vol alors que c'est impossible. De 25 euros cela devient 55 à l'embarquement... vous fait croire à des billets à tarif correct et se finit à des prix prohibitif. Prenez une autre compagnie !

Awful costumer service, impolite staff and high prices. Planes are uncomfortable and for the price you pay, they don't even give you a small bottle of water. I will avoid this airline in the future as much as I can.
