Thank you so much for this amazing review! We’re thrilled to hear how natural it looks on your skin and that the **Fair/Lighter shade** is a great match. You’re absolutely right — a little goes a long way, and using the sponge to dab and blend is the best way to get that seamless finish. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, and we’re so happy Klyr is helping you feel confident at 55!

Thank you for taking the time to share this — and I’m genuinely sorry you had such a frustrating experience. A pump that won’t dispense and a shade that pulls yellow are both unacceptable, and I understand why you’d feel totally dissatisfied (especially after trying more than once). We appreciate your kind words about Joan, and we’ll be sharing your feedback with our team so we can address both the *pump issue* and *shade-matching expectations*. If you ever change your mind, please feel free to message us directly with your order number — even if you don’t want a refund, we’d still like the chance to make this right.

Hi John— thank you for taking the time to share this review. We’re really happy to hear the ordering experience was smooth and that you loved the BOGO deal, and we appreciate the shout-out for Joan. You’re also completely right to call out the delivery timeline. Some orders can take **over two weeks**, especially when shipments move through international transit and customs, and we understand how important it is to know that upfront so you can plan. We’re actively working to improve delivery speed and make tracking/shipping expectations clearer at checkout and in order confirmations. We’re glad your package arrived in time and that you didn’t end up needing the refund. Safe travels, and we hope you enjoy the product when you’re back from your trip!

Hi Timothy— thank you for the honest feedback, and we’re really glad to hear the cream works beautifully for you. I’m sorry to hear the bottle seemed to run out after only two uses — that definitely doesn’t sound right. In some cases, the pump can need a few extra presses to prime, or the product can settle so it isn’t reaching the pump correctly. If you’re open to it, please contact our support team with your order number and a quick photo/video of the bottle/pump and we’ll look into it right away and make it right under our satisfaction guarantee.

Thank you so much for the detailed review! We’re really happy to hear the tanning drops and Light concealer matched perfectly and were easy to apply — and great tip on using a sponge for an even finish. We also appreciate you flagging the pump issue. We’ll share that feedback with our team so we can keep improving the packaging. In the meantime, you’re exactly right — unscrewing the top is a simple workaround. We hope you love the moisturizing day cream when it arrives, and thank you again for the kind words about customer service. It means a lot — and I’m grateful for the mention, too! 🙏
