The app is so easy to use and after just a few weeks I have noticed a major change in my habits for eating and activity

I have struggled for years to get my diabetes under control. Diet, medication, exercise, meters…. It just never happened for me. It’s been a struggle for 15 years! I had to do something! My health was starting to really suffer. Skin infections, teeth problems, blurry vision, numbness in feet and hands. Now I was getting scared. So I researched low glycemic diets and I found Klinio. After using Klinio for just a week, I learned SO MUCH! The recipes and meal plan were a game changer for me! And they are delicious!! My blood sugar is in the normal range all day and night long for the first time in years. The best part is that after week one, I wasn’t missing any of the foods I had given up. I’m never hungry, so my tendency to snack has disappeared as well! I’m just amazed! I highly recommend Klinio to anyone looking to get their diabetes under control. The low glycemic diet is easier than I imagined, and the guidance you receive is very helpful and easy to understand. Best program I’ve ever found… it ACTUALLY WORKS!!!

Love the meal plans

I am an open heart surgery survivor. Nineteen days on life support and 5 hospitals and a rehab nursing home. I believe getting weight off will help me heal. I am in awe of this"diet" and how much better I feel since starting it. I've been on it since the nineteenth of Aug. And have lost 16#. Because of my heart problems I cannot exercise. I am lucky to make it to the bathroom at times and I battle access fluids everyday. I feel great. Thank you Klinio for your program and your help.

I recently discovered that I am insulin resistant and prone to getting type 2 diabetes. I heard about Klinio from the youtube channel Type One. I was impressed with the app and how easy and user friendly it is. I enjoyed being able to have a meal plan personalized to me. I love that I can also enter in meals. I’ve had the app for a week and it’s really been helping me stay on track and be careful about what I’m eating.
