Very concerned that I have been unable to cancel my subscription. I am directed to give a reason for cancellation but get a server error when I click on a reason. So I am still subscribed. Customer Services has taken no notice of my email, simply directing me to the process that doesn’t work!

UPDATE 9/13/22. Thank you to Klinio for their quick response. I will contact their support, per response. I've only been on the program for about 2 weeks and slowly starting the menus, and getting ready to start workouts. Disappointed in the scanning barcode function it does not recognize a lot of name brand foods. Looking forward to continuing with this program. Thank you.

Klinio may be helpful, but they do not alert you that your subscription is about to renew, you don't hear from them if you aren't active and when you do notice it had renewed and you try to cancel, they only refund 50% - even on the same day the charge went through.
