I think that the program is very well organized and tells me exactly what I need to know. Wish every little feature did not costs extra. I feel like that is a "hidden" fee that somehow could be incorporated into the subscription.

In my opinion, the application has been a great help. I like the various options they provide for eating. I recommend 100% this app, the meal plans, the workouts and the different options they give and mainly the support they give you is wonderful.

The supplements and the app really go hand in hand. I already have been feeling so much better in my body. I have more energy and I am making better choices with my eating habits. The app is wonderful in educating you on diabetes and gives wonderful exercises in the same place! They also have wonderful recipes as well!
