Don't, do not!! Cancelled subscription & plans but klinio reactivated it, now about to contact my bank to try & get refund. Company reactivates subs , they have your bank details

I had did have issues being charged for an extra subscription that I did not originally sign up for, however, after speaking with customer service (who was very prompt to get back to me), the issue was resolved in the end and they refunded me for the charge.

I wish I could give ZEO stars. I keep canceling and nothing happens. They keep charging me. It should be illegal.

EASY TO NAGIVATE

Didn’t find the app helpful, deleted it, and forgot about it. They billed me a year later for auto renew subscription. I never sign up for auto renew! I always want to be contacted first. I had not used this app for more than a week last year. They refuse to rebate that auto renewal but did cancel so I wouldn’t get billed next year. Beware- don’t use this app.

As other people Klino have taken money out of our bank account without our knowledge or consent It’s £68 they’ve ‘ stolen’ We are trying to get our money back I would advise everyone to be very careful as we didn’t sign up to or order anything from this company - it is a SCAM

I purchased a one-month subscription (not recurring and they supplied materials as promised although a bit late. Then they tried to rebill my card a month later.. Fortunately I used a virtual card that was locked. THe new charge was denied by CC company. Do not do business with this company . See many other review with same issue of rebilling unauthorized charges.
