I signed up today for 1 month I expected an email with instructions on how to even get the app and meal plan nothing so 10 hours later having made payment I have received nothing looks like I have paid into thin air and will be looking for a refund and cancelling any further payments. Rita Durham

AWFUL after 2 hours I still haven’t received my meal plan. Sent messages no reply so I have cancelled. I only did 1 month taken photos to prove I have cancelled it. Plan now cancelled with no meal plan in place.

Beware! They keep charging your credit card even after you cancel your subscription.

I thought I had cancelled with them six months ago and received another payment. No email letting me know the payment was about to come out to give me the option to cancel, they just charged it. I let them know within hours (for a six-month subscription), and their response was, 'We don't give refunds.' Don't sign up with this service; you will regret it.

Don’t subscribe - without you knowing they put you on auto renew then charge you without any forewarning and will not refund you. RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!!

I asked for an immediate cancellation; I am a nurse and do not need guidance, just wanted some new recipes for diabetic meals. I see &66.00 on my AMEX bill, want it removed/credited immediately.

For $66.00 I received an 8 page book I had to print out and a website that is hard to get into. I would like a refund please. Please make sure that you did not set me up for auto renewal, if so remove it. I cannot get into you website to be sure it is not an auto renewal

I paid for a 6-month subscription, as that is the lowest monthly cost. I chose the anti-inflammatory diet and identified myself as a pre-diabetic. The meal plan was almost all protein and carbs, very little fruit or vegetables (about 1 serving per day), while the learning modules told me 50% of my plate should be veggies. The learning modules were all directed towards diabetics only. I followed 2 days of meal plans and had three of the recipes have incorrect measurements, causing me to waste food while I started over and calculated it out myself. Logging food is clunky, can’t log today past midnite and often can’t edit what’s logged. Water can only be tracked in 10.1 oz increments, although the chat told me they use a standard 8-oz cup. When I pointed out that was not correct, they then said they use a 10.1 oz cup to make tracking easier. I was refused a refund twice, then after I said I would take it to the Better Business Bureau, I was told I would get the full refund. I’ll be watching for that.
