i only paid for it because they promised meal plans. false advertising, they did no such thing. they didn’t provide a single meal suggestion much less a plan. the one star is because customer service was responsive. otherwise this is a ripoff.

I found this app looking for a way to help my elderly father who has Type II diabetes. I found the app to be cumbersome and time consuming. I also was unaware that cancellations must be within 24 hours of "purchasing" the service. I was charged twice for this app and customer service was not willing to refund me the two charges. They did refund me half of one of the charges, so I ended up stuck with paying $81.00 for an app I will not use. Customer service is severely lacking and the app is too cumbersome for users with little time. I would not recommend this website or app to anyone.

If I could give 0 I would. I paid using PayPal but when I went to retrieve the plan it asked for a credit card. I used PayPal for a reason. I filed a claim but it got denied. Hateful company

I asked to cancel for a refund but I was refused just because it was over a couple of days during Xmas time. Not helpful.

Buyer be very aware. Read the cancelation policy well. If I could they would only get 1/2 star rating, based on customer service, app use, recipes and continuous phone use on inputting all required information. I purchased the Klinio program 6/6/2024 and within 2 hours realized this app was not user friendly and I did not want it. You would constantly be on your phone with this diet plan, recipes, exercise and so much inputting of information, so I canceled it and requested my refund. I was sent 3 separate emails by 3 different people stating that I couldn't get a refund as there was not a technical issue. Instead I was offered a free 1 year subscription to Klinio, and their free audio books to continue the program. I refused this twice with different people. I continued my reasoning and refund requests until I agreed to get 1/2 of my money and their audio books for free. I am not satisfied with this outcome, but I was literally getting nowhere with the support team and their identical written responses. Very disappointed, Wanda

Why have you taken £30.88 out of my account, i cannot make use of your service and wish for a refund in full today. Nothing short of common criminals. Requested the CEO to contact me, but I guess he’ll be in the golf course

Received a full refund after I stated I couldn't make use of the service at this time. Very understanding.

No warning that they were going to take money from my account as my subscription had come to an end. I had no idea of the end date and had not understood it was ongoing autopay. Buyer beware! They do not send notices of any kind. Which in my book is unethical. I have ended up with a subscription I do not use or want and out of pocket $147. I requested a refund but answer is no that this is against their terms and conditions. If they were ethical they would send notices like other subscriptions. Very sneaky practice.
