The project is very good but the meal plan is confusing. There should be instructions on how to mix and match to meet the daily meal goals

The meal is not what I’m use to but at least I get a taste of being healthy again. I need to stay doing more exercises

I love the diet choices presented. If I do not like something in the menu, I can change what I want. It's great. It gives me a path to eating better without much thought. They do it for you! Thank you MyDiabetes.diet.

I was diagnosed 2 years ago and although I understood the basics, I've struggled with finding the right diet for me. I decided to give mydiabetes a try. I love the diet plan - so many great tips, grocery lists, etc. It has helped me transform my grocery trip to be full of the right foods. My bs numbers are better than they've ever been. I can't wait to see where my A1c is this time. :)

My Diabetes has a lot of extremely informative tips on exercising as well as a healthy diet. I do not eat any meals the way they recommend. However it is presented in a way that makes it easily converted to fit my lifestyle.

From a personal point of view this particular eating plan was unfortunately not suitable for me. It's too ecclectic for my tastes plus many of the items are not available in my country. And despite stating I have a nut allergy, I did get meal and snack options with nuts. So be careful. Once I explained this to the team they were helpful and receptive.

This diet really helps with my blood glucose levels. I have also lost 1/2 stone over the last 3 weeks. I haven’t been hungry and am using less insulin
