Great meal plans customized for you. Brought A1c and weight down. The recipes are delicious. I no longer have decision fatigue trying to figure out meal prep. I am delighted with this app.

I got MyDiabetes plan because I wanted to stop the progression of prediabetes. I am obese so I also needed to lose weight and learn how to manage my diet. After five months of using MyDiabetes I can say that it works. I used to weight 203lbs but the meals and workouts really helped me to learn new and healthy habits and lose weight (I already lost 13lb). I love the meals they recommend and it’s super simple to use. Previously I used a desktop version but now they have a great app which has even more features, reminds me to drink water and so on. I really love it and would definetely recommend it. It’s so strange to see all these bad comments but maybe they really don’t know how to deal with people who somehow changes their minds. Anyway, I’m the biggest fan of this plan!

I was very disappointed with this unrealistic plan...ingredients that don’t make a meal. When I contacted the help line before the 14 days they suggested I use the change option. At day 17 I was very disappointed and decided to cancel. No refunds available after I paid for a year of service. Not a good experience...stay away from this product!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!! Tried to get refund THE VERY same day I spent $101.00 CAN. Received an automatic reply saying it would take 20 days to resolve. They sent another email 3 weeks later saying issue has to be resolved 14 days from point of purchase! Tried resolving through PayPal and got the same response. And “Mary” who responds to these reviews tells you they can return 50% ALSO a scam! THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY!!!
