I apologize for what appears to be a negative review. This assessment is rated mediocre because I have not yet begun to use your plan. I keep putting it off because of the shopping implications and Covid, and because the holidays are upon us. My intention is to begin the program on December 27. I am impressed with the program and can't wait to start. Thank You.

I purchased a subscription and then found out that didn't give me access to everything in the app. If I wanted access to different areas, I had to pay more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS, THEY ARE THIEVES, they are only interested in taking as much money from you as they can get. You can find better diabetes apps that once you pay for a subscription, you get access to everything in the app. When I said I wanted a refund the day after I purchased, they only offered to refund 50% of the money I had given them and I hadn't even used what I purchased because I didn't pay more to use the app. There are so many bad reviews out there about My Diabetes, please read them before parting with your money.

Ich habe am 04.Dez angemeldet aber gleich wieder am 04. Dez gekündigt da es nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach. Ich habe Ihnen sofort per Email mitgeteilt, dass ich Kündigen möchte. Aber es war schon 10 Tage danach, als ich endlich ein Email von Ihnen am 14. Dez bekommen habe. Aber Sie haben mir nur mitgeteilt dass ,Sie nur 50% erstatten können und mir empfahl nochmal zu überlegen. 50%??? Niegendwo steht es. Seitedem habe ich nichts von Ihnen gehört. Kundenservice ist sehr schlecht , Man kann nicht per telefonish erreichen. Mann muss sehr aufpassen. My Diabetes diet!!!!!!!! Ich bin total unzufrieden. Bitte erstatten Sie mir das alle Geld schnell wie möglich.

This is the second time I have been charged for your diet plan. Neither time have I received diet. First time ilet it ride. This time I have contacted my bank and I am going in next week to sign papers to allege fraud. This company is nothing but a scam. I expect my money refunded to my account by Tuesday December 21 2020. If not I will ask my son to file legal work against your company. Since are so hard to contact, I realize that it will be difficult to sue. Oh well, I helped my Son through law school so he works for free

Charged unknowingly from Paypal - cannot even access the site. None of our emails recognised by the site?? Paypal refused to credit saying the charge had been correctly posted?!

I am fairly new to the program but I am in need of help to lose weight and gain muscle. Food is ok, expensive for me as I am on SSI but I am trying to work around the program and will continue to.
