I was really excited about the program. However, after joining, I realized that the meal plan won't work for me and my family. I contacted the company twice via email regarding the cancellation. It has been 5 days. I still haven't heard back from them. So, make sure it's what you want before paying. It might be difficult to cancel. Very helpful information, meal plans and exercise plans. Would recommend. The only thing that keeps me from a full 5 star rating is I wish it would integrate better with my wearable device.

Honestly I still need to learn more about Diabetes, I am also suffering from fibromyalgia and TMJ. Sometimes I don’t know which is pain from fibro or diabetes.

Easy and great tasting meals.

Over the last couple of months, my life has changed... I became unemployed and only had access to high calorie junk food at home. In very little time I gained 10 lbs... I found My Fasting Challenge really helpful for losing weight 6 months ago and now I’m going back to using my fasting sheet. If things go like they went the last time, it should take no longer than 4-6 weeks to lose it. This time I am excited to try a prolonged fast of 24 hours. I hope losing weight will help me to feel less miserable…

I ordered something from this group sux months ago. I'm wondering why I just got another $34.00 charge on my credit card this past month. Refund my money and do not charge my card again or I'll contact the Better Business Bureau. Noom did the same thing last month. Everyone watch your charges on your credit cards.
