The meals are unrealistic.. nothing normal all weird hard to find ingredients over half I have never heard of..

It's too early to be really sure, but I like how the plan is laid out. It makes the food look amazing. There are multiple options to change the suggested meal. That is important to me

I just need to be able to get a set schedule going which i am having a hard time. I've been remembering yo take my meds though. Your recipes breakfast, lunches, dinners and snacks are wonderful. I have a tendency to not log in all the time. I have actually started exercising on a stationary bike. Im waiting to move soon so i have been taking care of it and on top all that i am doing im trying to get my daughter home from Michigan. I have been a single mom her whole life so i take of everything. I really like the program a lot this is so far the one first i had money and for only 3 months. It is a program that works. Plus im a different diabetic. I already weigh 112 but when i first got diagnosed i weighed 116 and dropped clear down to 94 pounds. My weight came back up with the pandemic. So i really dont need to lose weight. Thank you so much for wanting to hear from. I have found working with mydiabetes a hard experience, the meal menu contains a lot of foods that I don't eat and when asked to have it reviewed it still contained foods that I don't eat. It is not an easy diet to follow and I found it to be expensive because it kept asking you to buy more things to help you lose the weight. . I wish it would of been a little easier for me to follow.

I was looking for an easy diet to follow to help lower my diabetic levels. I paid £60 which was a special offer...it then went on to do further offers which I declined and with all the cross selling regretted signing up. I requested a refund but was told I could only have a 50% refund which they gave me. I requested again a full refund but they kept saying their policy was only half. I have tried the app and the diet and it is very Americanised with unknown ingredients. Also if you want to create your own meal trying to get the app to recognise uk ingredients is really difficult. I requested again a FULL refund but they declined saying I'm now out of the 14 day period. Very very disappointed and feel conned....dont use.

I have new innovative ways to help me lose weight and eat healthier.

Any help to get me to treat my diabetes is great. Y'all are doing a great job.
