This website is click bate. My credit card was charged a Irenewal fee without notification of a subscription renewal. I do not remember signing up. They claimed that since I clicked a box saying I understood their terms .. which included their cancellation policy of no refund when I signed up then I was not due a refund.. When I didn't recognize the charge made through Paypal, and disputed it, I was told no refund is required from them, but perhaps they would give me 50% back if I cancelled the claim, I was told by their support customer service person. The claim was closed quickly and I did not have the chance to close the claim myself. Since I "clicked on the box", PayPal ruled against me. The support person then advised me that since I didnt close the claim, no refund period. What a slimy company. I will always remember this and they will never get my money again. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH MYDIABETES.COM! I am out $52.00. I have been asked by Klinio after they read this review for more info to show for sure that my review is legit and I truly had this experience. I have copied the text of my emails between them and I but I have no way to send them on this forum. This is the only place I will deal with these people. I have tried copy and paste and that doesn't work. I am more than willing to provide a copy of the text of our conversations. Just let me know how?

I couldn't agree more with the comment "This is a Scam" I cancelled this within a day after a relative signed me up for it which should qualify for a full refund as I never downloaded the app nor used any of their "service". They drug their feet on responding and sent a response that was as clear as mud. They now refuse to honor the cancellation and I am stuck with a charge for nothing received.

The recipes have all been delicious. They might not sound delicious but if you take a leap of faith and try them, they have all been good. I’ve lost weight and my whole family enjoys the meals. I only use the app for recipes, but will renew my membership because there are many options. Also every few weeks you retake the food preferences quiz and get new recipes. I am not diabetic but this is the best app for us. Our family is gluten and dairy free and the amount of variety in the recipes is hands down the best I’ve seen anywhere.

The Klineo app looks great, but the recipes are fiddly and unrealistic with ingredients that can be hard to source unless you live in a major metropolitan area (I'm in a rural town). The NO Refund policy that is hidden in the find print is a real bummer if you prepay to get the best savings on the app. I'm out the cost with nothing to show for it.

I thought this app would help but I never receive anything When I asked for my money back I was told no it had gone over the time. Then surprise surprise I received a menu after I complained. It is not helpful at all. AVOID this company.

I don't see where this app is helping much. It's kinda a pain to log meals. Scanning like my fitness pal is way easier. The only positive thing I can say it the blood sugar tracker. Most apps don't have that. If I could get my money back it would greatly appreciated.
